South Palms offers over 3900 square feet of fully air conditioned living space and is one of the largest 5 bed homes to rent in the Orlando area.

With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms our villa has 3 Master Suites and 2 Twin Rooms. It also has a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities, breakfast bar and nook, family room, formal lounge and dining room, and a huge den upstairs, so plenty of space for everyone. Superbly furnished and maintained to the highest standards, South Palms will amaze and excite you. There are TV's in every bedroom and a 50" Plasma HDTV with theatre surround in the family room.

We have personally chosen all our furnishings, and chose not to use a furniture package, thus giving the villa individuality. We visit often to ensure it remains immaculate for both ourselves and our guests.

Our South facing pool and deck comes furnished with upgraded cushioned sun loungers, table and chairs, and beautiful fibre optic lighting which changes colour as the dusk sets in. A fantastic setting to watch the sunset.

Windwood Bay is located off the CR54 and nestles in the native, beautiful setting of Central Florida, surrounded by conservation land and wetlands. It is also only 1 mile from Junction 58 on the I-4.

With only a short drive to Disney and the other Theme Parks, world class golf or serious shopping,you could not ask for a better combination. It is a fantastic location to stay in.

There are local shops, restaurants, gas stations, banks, pharmacy and golf within 1 mile from South Palms.
