Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
With 5 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms, this elegant, spacious villa is the largest design on Windwood Bay with 4,200 sq.ft of living area and sleeps up to 10 guests very comfortably.
LOUNGE AREAS Three gorgeous inside seating areas offers plenty of spacious living. A large comfortable Family Room with 2 large sumptuous sofas and 2 comfy armchairs is ideal to relax in during the day or evening and make use of the Entertainment Center housed in the Armoire with a large-screen cable TV with surround sound, DVD and VCR player, plus DVDs. A Stereo Hi-Fi with CD and Tape Decks, Digital Tuner and MP3 port plus plenty of books and games offer other forms of enjoyment. For entertaining guests or some quiet time, why not sit in the stunning 'Formal' Lounge on either the luxurious sofa or love seat and relax in comfort. Alternatively why not spend time in the versatile Den, reading, watching a movie, playing one of the many board games, surfing the Internet on the Computer or your testing skills on the Playstation 2 Games system
POOLSIDE Enjoy our South Facing sun-drenched Pool and extended deck or the Terrace/Lanai with a range of comfortable deck furnishings, that surround our large sparkling-clear 30ft x 15ft Pool with optional heating. A fabulous 7 seater Hot Tub, with 28 individual jets is just right to relax in after an action packed day. The Pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants, and all doors leading on to the deck area have additional safety locks and switch-able alarms. In addition a pool bath with towels, hair dryer, sink and toilet is available for dripping bodies to use the facilities without having to trek through villa.
GAMES ROOM Why not take the time to enjoy the spacious 'Games Room' with a Pool Table, Foosball Game Table, Electronic Darts Board and Air Hockey Table. In between games why not sit at the bistro table and chairs and sip a cool drink.
DINING Dining in or out is easy at Treasure Trove Villa. Prepare a family feast or a quick snack at our fully equipped kitchen, with Bar table and stools. Choose to eat at the Nook with 6 seater cottage style table, Dining room with a magnificent 8 seater table and chairs, al-fresco by the pool on the comfy deck furnishings. Or if you prefer someone else to do the work - why not eat out at one of the many restaurants and eateries just a couple of minutes away at Champions Gate.
SLEEPING Sleeping at Treasure Trove is as comforting as can be, with a grand four-poster sleep-soft King-size bed in the Master Bedroom, plus a mirrored dresser, twin nightstands with lamps, telephone and a clock/radio alarm. Also a beautiful Armoire houses a 27-inch cable TV and DVD/VCR player. The Chaise Longue and bed bench add to the luxurious touches. The magnificent Master Bathroom includes his 'n' hers mirrored raised vanity basins, a roman tub, step-in shower and toilet, all with luxury fittings. The huge walk-in closet completes the Ensuite. The Ensuite second Master Bedroom also boasts a King-size bed, dresser with cable TV, twin nightstands with lamp, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, walk-in closet space and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet. The third Ensuite Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and is on the ground floor. It includes a walk-in closet, nightstands, a dresser with cable TV, and an Ensuite Bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet. The two Twin Bedrooms are perfect for adults or kids, as both have comfortable adult size twin beds, a night-stand and lamp, dresser with cable TV, and a walk-in closet. Both share a fourth family bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, toilet and bath/shower. THE DEN The spacious Den area is another great place for the kids or adults to enjoy. With armoire, 27-inch cable TV, PlayStation 2 games system, DVD and VCR player, Computer with FREE high speed Wireless internet access, plus a range of books, DVDs, Games etc.
EXTRA FEATURES Special touches in the villa include 9-foot 6-inch ceilings, vertical blinds to all windows, plus beautiful window dressings, kitchen and vanity units in rich maple wood, a range of furniture and wall decorations to give a feeling of luxury and ceiling fans for additional comfort. A range of electrical appliances in the kitchen provide for easy catering to complement the full range of cutlery, crockery, glassware, serving dishes and place settings for eating in. Hair dryers are in all bathrooms. All main rooms have ceiling fans with central lights, as well as table lamps. Free telephone calls are available for local, long distance and international calls. All bed linens and towels are provided, including plenty of spares and a separate fully equipped Laundry Room is available for personal laundry. A local management company is on hand to help with any problems 24/7.
Area Description
A stunning villa, perfectly placed in popular Windwood Bay, a community of secluded and luxurious homes. Just 10 minutes from Disney, 2 minutes from I-4 and within minutes of fabulous golf courses, including Champions Gate.
Treasure Trove's tranquil setting has all the beauty and privacy for a relaxing holiday yet within easy reach of the excitement and nightlife of nearby Orlando and Disney. This location makes it the perfect spot to base your Florida vacation.
Disney World is under 10 minutes drive from Treasure Trove and Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World of Orlando, Wet & Wild, Gatorland, are just a little further away.
Treasure Trove's central location offers options of driving to Beaches both east and west. Tampa and the Gulf Coast is about one hours drive whilst the renowned Cocoa Beach is slightly less the other way.
Lake Tohopekaliga or Lake Toho, as it is known by most Floridians, offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities.
Golf courses are in abundance. Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman is just 2 minutes away, Polo Park 5 minutes, plus many more a few minutes further. Whilst for Tennis lovers, Celebration, the Davis Cup venue is 10 minutes away.
For air or World War II enthusiasts, there are plenty of museums and attractions to visit close by, the nearest being Kissimmee.
The Davenport area has a wide range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets and is ideal for eating out. Ample shopping malls are nearby for designer clothes, gifts and other many other treats or hop on the I-4, just 2 minutes from Treasure Trove, to go further afield.
Just a short mail to say thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely villa. We had a fantastic time (despite having to attend a conference!) and I have to say that the villa was perfect. I cannot think of anything that was missing or that I wished was there! Even the beautiful furnishings were to our taste.
We particularly appreciated the little touches - milk, orange juice and water in the fridge and the snack basket. Perfect for tired but hungry travellers who have had a long day. Your computer modem also made things perfect as we could just connect our laptops wirelessly with no bother at all to stay in touch with work.
I have stayed in numerous villas with my family in the Orlando area over the bast ten years - and yours is most definitely the best! I will certainly pass on your details to anyone I know intending to visit Orlando
I thought I should send you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your home. The pictures do not do it justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were amazed at the thought put into everything.
On the day we decided to go to a beach we found instructions to get us there, coolers for our picnic and rain gear! Nothing was missing. Rose was so kind to introduce herself and even thought to call us when news of hurricane Fay was on the news. I will recommend your place to all my friends because it was a highlight to us. If you need a reference do not hesitate to use me.
We had a fabulous time at Treasure Trove (although for my part I would have liked to have spent more time there and less trawling the theme parks!!) The house is lovely and spacious (even for the 9 of us) and very well equipped; also great location close to the parks and to the I4 as we went down to Tampa a couple of times for Busch Gardens and a baseball match. Also managed to get to the Space Centre on Monday which was a good day out, but my only regret is that again we didn’t get down to the beach. Hopefully we can get out again at some stage and explore further afield. We would also like to say how helpful Rose and Alan were (Our Management Service)
(The Dad) My wife and I are just back from Treasure Trove (the rest of the family leave on Monday ) and this is just to say that we were delighted with your villa. We spent our first week at a villa on the Gulf Coast and there was no comparison with yours.
It had everything anyone could desire and we would have no hesitation in using it again or recommending it to our friends.
(His Daughter) We loved staying at your villa - it is lovely and the photographs don't do it justice. It had everything that we needed and more! We all wish we were still there. I hope your management team enjoyed the beers that we left in the fridge! If we go back to that area of Florida, we would hope to go back to Treasure Trove. We have told friends about it and hopefully they will use our recommendtion if they visit the area.
Thank you very much for renting your villa to us. We had a wonderful time in your home whilst we were visiting Orlando. The wow factor when we first walked in the house was amazing, you have furnished it lovely. The location was perfect and provided some much needed peace and quiet away from the theme parks!

Your Villa was outstanding, I spent many hours planning our holiday looking at villa after villa to find one that would suit our family, and yours was defiantly the best.
We were overjoyed from the moment we entered the property with the cleanliness and high standard of Decor. The Hot tub and pool was excellent and the Play station in the Den was a hit for the children. A thumbs up for your management company they were excellent and very good. We had one small problem with the fuse in the bathroom and they came the very next day to rectify the fault.
In Summary we were very impressed indeed, and thought Winwood Bay community was an excellent location and in good order. In fact we are even looking into maybe buying out there ourselves and Winwood Bay would be a great, should any come up for sale, and if you do have any advice or hear of any similar properties coming up for sale then please drop me a line
My mother and father stayed in your villa from 31st December. My father has asked me to email you to express his thanks. He thought the facilities were first class and would certainly recommend your villa to any friends travelling out.
