Our over-sized 4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Disney vacation villa rental in the Sandy Ridge Community in Davenport Florida offers 2 master suites and is ideal for families seeking magical memories in a well equipped Disney vacation villa near Orlando and close to Walt Disney. This is definitely the Florida Pool Home for you!

Our Disney vacation villa offers free high speed wireless connection for your laptop, a 42" LCD HDTV in the living room, a full size formal dining room that seats 8 people, there is a 19" LCD TV with DVD in each bedroom, a Winnie The Pooh themed bedroom with two twin beds for the little ones, and a constant Nautical theme throughout the downstairs living room area with double sliding glass doors leading to the tranquil patio & covered area featuring a screen enclosed pool & spa with a child safety fence & patio furniture.
The Bedding Arrangements are:
Master Bedroom #1: King Bed
Master Bedroom #2: Queen Bed
Bedroom #3: Two Twin beds
Bedroom #4; Two Twin Beds themed Winnie the Pooh.
There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.
Sleeps 10 people maximum including children.
Strictly no pets & no smoking!

Other Fees: Policies: No Pets, Strictly no smoking, you must follow pool safety rules and all rules posted in the property notebook supplied by our management company. Check in via lock box at the front door of the villa. Directions to our villa and a key code for your entry will be provided to you once your balance is paid in full; but no sooner than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Our Management Company (which is right down the road) has a 24/7 emergency # which will be provided on your directions.

We were really pleased with the villa at Sandy Ridge. It had every possible comfort and was clean, practically laid out and we also enjoyed the "Wildlife Chorus" each evening! The pool was very private and a real pleasure to jump into after a long day at the parks. We would defiantly rent this villa again and would recommend it to our friends and family!
