Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Experience a vacation full of luxury in this brand new home located in the gated community West Haven. This spacious 4 bedroom 4 bath villa has every upgrade from stainless steel appliances to flat screen TV in most bedrooms as well as granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Decorated by a professional interior designer it will surpass your expectations. The formal dining room has seating for six in a tranquil setting and leads to the formal living room with a view over the pool area and the nature preserve. The fully equipped kitchen boasts highly upgraded appliances with gourmet cooking stove and contains all necessary utensils and cookware needed even for a grand family meal. To the side is a luxuriously decorated breakfast nook which offers seating for four. Elegant and comfortable leather sofas in the informal family room provide the perfect setting for watching TV or a movie on the 52 inch LCD flat screen TV with more than 200 cable channels.
Downstairs is one queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom with granite countertops and tub/shower. The bedroom features a walk in closet, fan and 22 inch flat screen TV.
The master suite upstairs boasts a grand space with King size bed and a balcony overlooking the nature preserve and a lake. The balcony also offers a tranquil sitting area. A 47 inch flat screen TV also provides you a luxurious resort feeling in this beautifully decorated master suite. Beautiful area

It was an awesome place for my family. Clean and quiet area in a well gated community. we loved how you leave disney from all the traffic to come home to peace on a dead end street. It is close to all the stores such as Dollar Tree, Ross, Walmart just to name a few. The rentals company stayed in communication with me during the whole process as well as checking to make sure my stay was okay. Im renting this house next year..thak you!!!!

Home away from home

We were very pleased with the Villa we rented. We were there for a month so we bought some smaller items & left them for the next guests. The Villa was very clean & comfortable. We paid extra to have the pool heated for two weeks as our daughters flew down for the Christmas Holidays & other than that we didn't use the pool because it was too cold. Our daughters (28 & 25) loved the place! We enjoyed cooking as we were provided with pots, pans & dishes; not to mention lovely appliances. The bathrooms were spacious & we particularly enjoyed all the added features that were supplied to make us feel at home.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. It was very accomodating for all our needs. The pool/grill were wonderful. And the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! It was so wonderful to come home after long, hot days at the parks and relax at the pool or in front of the TV!

Our family stayed at this home it was absolutely wonderful, just as pictured! They even added a pool table whislt we were there! The kids throughly enjoyed themselves, we were all very comfortable, very much at home. The customer service was absoultely flawless! Very clean home, great overall experience not a single compliant!
