Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

At 4,000+ sq.ft. our Disney area villa is one of the largest in the area. There is plenty of room to spread out in this 2 story home - Extra-large eat-in kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living room areas, and best of all - a fully-equipped, air-conditioned game room with pool table, Foosball, stereo CD/radio, TV/VCR/DVD.

Our Villa II is equipped with all the luxuries and conveniences that we prefer when we vacation - soft high thread count all-cotton sateen sheets, cotton towels, Playstation 2 with games to keep the kids busy, large movie assortment, TV in every bedroom, game room, nursery w/full-size crib, extra-large pool area, etc! Wireless high-speed internet is now available; just
bring your laptop (equipped with wireless card) and access the internet from anywhere in the villa!

Each of the 4 master bedrooms has private bathroom access. One master is on the first floor (for folks who don't do stairs). The remaining 3 bedrooms each have a total of 7 twin beds, and 1 roll-away bed is also available. All bedrooms have TVs.

Area Information

Golf: With over 80 courses catering to every skill level, duffers and low handicappers can play courses designed by famous golf architects like Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, and Jack Nicklaus. Some of the area courses include: Champions Gate - 8 minutes, Highlands Reserve - 5 minutes, Legends at Orange Lake - 7 minutes, Southern Dunes - 18 minutes, Diamondback Golf Club - 26 minutes. A detailed Golf Course Guide is available at the villa for your reference, with nearby courses highlighted for your convenience.

Things To Do: Our villa is stocked with detailed guidebooks and road maps, with travel directions & short-cuts, as well as information on all the area attractions, including: Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios.

Fishing: The Orlando area is famous for its lakes. Many fishing charter services are available. There is a list of local fishing charter companies available for your use.

Golf: Planning a golf holiday? Our comfortable villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom access, along with 3 additional twin bedrooms. You will be close to so many great courses! "This was the first time I rented a house and without the possibility of checking its conditions and the Owners/Managers honesty. A contract in another country that can have a happy end or not. These were my concerns.

The house is exactly what the fotos try to show. Even better, because is very clean, well equipped (has everything we need) appliances in excellent condition and lot of room for everyone.
It was lovely taking breakfast watching the balloons landing almost everyday 500 meters from the backyard.
