Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Not very far from Disney World, in the lovely, well-kept community of Hampton Lakes, our spacious, comfortable villa has 7 bedrooms, 5 full baths, with 4 master bedrooms, and all the amenities we prefer when we travel.

Comfortable beds with memory-foam toppers and all-cotton high thread count sheets for the master bedrooms.

AREA ATTRACTIONS - Our villa is stocked with detailed guidebooks, with travel directions & short-cuts, as well as information on all the area attractions, including: Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios.

GOLF - This is the ideal location for a golf holiday! Detailed descriptions of all the area golf courses are provided at our villa. Area courses include: Highlands Reserve (4 min.), ChampionsGate (12 min.), Legends at Orange Lake (11 min.), Mystic Dunes (12 min.), Southern Dunes (18 min.), Diamondback Golf Club (35 min.).

SHOPPING / DINING - Located on Route 27 just south of Route 192, the villa is near everything - shopping at Posner Park (major retailers such as Target, JC Penney, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy electronics, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Staples, Belks), Walmart, etc.
Dining options abound, including all the chain restaurants as well as quality independent restaurants. We keep a collection of menus at the villa for our guests’ reference.
