Our beautiful family owned villa occupies an enviable position on the small exclusive West Stonebridge community just 15 minutes from Disney.

Featuring all the luxuries of home and occupying a spacious 2,676 square feet the single story villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Set in a child friendly environment it is the ideal base to get the full "Orlando experience".

Detailed Description

Tropical Splendor is a luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home. Ideal for the guests who are looking for something just that little bit special.
Luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout it licensed to sleep 10 people comfortably.

FAMILY ROOM

A large informal sitting area . The family room is open plan to the kitchen, nook and dining room. The ideal area to relax and watch our large screen TV and premier cable channels , and DVD player. A great place to relax.

KITCHEN

Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,freezer with built in ice-maker, telephone along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.

NOOK

Leading of from the kitchen an informal breakfast area with a table and chairs. From the nook area you exit through patio doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

DINING ROOM

Located just of the kitchen and family room our formal dining area contains a beautiful table with seating for 6 people.

MASTER BEDROOM 1

A lovely room with a queen sized bed. Our master bedroom also boasts cable TV a DVD player and ceiling fan. It also has a set of patio doors which lead directly from the bedroom to the pool area.

MASTER BATHROOM 2

A spacious bathroom with vanity unit, garden tub, shower and WC.

LAUNDRY ROOM

Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacume cleaner, iron and ironing board.

POOL

The lanai offers some welcome shade before leading you to the South facing, covered pool deck, which backs on to a small conservation area, here you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a cool drink by the 26 x 13 pool. Refresh yourself after a long day at the park with a relaxing swim.

GAMESROOM

To keep you entertained we have located a gamesroom in the garage area.

MASTER BEDROOM 2

A with cable TV , DVD and a ceiling fan. Leading from this room is the second master bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.

BEDROOM 3

A tastefully decorated kids room with 2 twin beds and cable TV.

BEDROOM 4

A tropical themed room with 2 twin beds and cable TV.

All towels and linens are supplied.
Hair Dryer

There is a management company open five days per week and available 24 hours a day for any emergencies should they arise.

After a magic day exploring you'll find our villa a haven of peace and tranquility in which to relax and watch the sun go down.

It is ideally situated for all the main attractions, of which Disney is nearest at approx 15 minutes drive away.It is also ideally placed for the Interstate 4 which links Florida east and west coasts.

There are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets and for those who like golf there are many fine golf courses within easy reach including Greg Normans championship.

The villa is based on the small exclusive West Stonebridge development. With only one crescent shaped road and very little traffic. The villa is on a premium plot which is quiet and relaxing but close to all the attractions. There are large supermarkets and restaurants closeby and a number of fine golf clubs. We employ a first class management company who ensure the villa is maintain to the highest standard.

We have stayed in the vicinity for 9 years now - this home was the cleanest one we have very stayed in!! You could tell the owners had done recent updates. Well stocked kitchen and great pool area. Bonus - the owners are very easy to deal with!!! Just too bad that the family that stayed before us felt the same since they have booked for 3 months next year so unfortunately we have to find another place!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful three weeks at your villa. The accomodations were very pleasing and we felt like we were at home. The kitchen was well stocked and
we cooked many meals there. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot! For the adults, the air was a bit too cold for swimming, but you know how kids are? The neighborhood was nice and quiet, yet we found that we were close to just about everything that we needed. What a great house! We will definitely look to you first when we need future accomodations near Orlando.

Hello Steve & Sarah, We just got back this morning from a wonderful time in Orlando. The villa was excellent very clean, spacious and convenient for all the parks. The weather was extremely hot and so the pool was really nice at the end of a long tiring day. We did however accidently break two glasses (1 small tumbler and 1 wine glass) and our intentions was to replace them but we ran out of time so sorry about that. "The villa was superb in all aspects, very spacious and would comfortably house 10, we had 6 adults staying and there was plenty of space. The pool was excellent and provided an area to cool down and chill after a busy day at the theme parks. The location was ideal as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks yet convenient to travel - 20 mins from Disney. Just down the road there are two large supermarkets and a Dominos Pizza take away who deliver to the villa (according to the children surprisingly the pizzas taste the just the same as the UK). WOW! What a beautiful house! We had the opportunity to stay at this lovely house in March of 2010. We were extremely pleased. Having found this house on the internet we were a little concerned whether it would look the same as it did in the pictures. It absolutely did.

After talking to Steve (the owner) through e-mails and on the phone, we were confident that we had made the right choice. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.
The house is extremely well taken care of and spotlessly clean. The pool area is awesome for relaxing and enjoying the sun. This house is equipped with everything you need. We moved in and felt right at home.

The house is located about 20 minutes from Disney and all the attractions. There's plenty of great shopping and all the conveniences of grocery stores and restaurants close by.

The people at the Management Company were very friendly and helpful. They were there to answer any questions we had and just wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

We would highly recommend this house. We will definately return to this house on our next trip ro Florida.
If you decide to rent this home you will not be disappointed!

If you are planning a trip you will want to stay at this villa, it was the perfect location for us. We went to Ripley's, Worlds Largest McDonalds, Sea World, and Disney and they were all just minutes away! We also took kids to the ocean which was only about 1 1/2 hour drive to either coast. Tons of resturants and even Walmart right down the road, but the house is set in a very peaceful location you will think you are in the country.
We are a family of 5, we have 3 boys and they loved it here some much they didn't want t o leave! They said the pool and the gameroom were the favorite things about this house.
We took one day and just stayed at the house we all played in the pool and grilled out we even ate out on the patio it was a very relaxing day.
We will never stay in a hotel again!!! Very kind people to work with and great communication. They will answer any questions and will help anyway possible. Also the management company that they use is very friendly and will help with anything you need during your stay!
We will stay here again!!! Thanks for making our vacation even better than we expected!

Our family was very pleased with the large living area. We had six adults & two children. There was plenty of room at the table for everyone.Its a very roomy house with every family having a private bathroom.
This is our seventh year renting in central Florida , first time at Steve's. We liked the location , north of us was 192 , south was #4 hwy making it easy to access many locations.
We found the house had plenty of linens, lots of dishes, glasses etc.
The pool was well maintained and at the temperature re quested.
Our six year old grandson was disappointed when it was to cold to go swimming but was very happy when he was given our soaker tub to have a swim in.(which he did for an hour)
The free internet service and free long distance calling was used & appreciated daily.We were all very happy with Steve's vacation home & hope to return another year.
