Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Upon entering the front door of this 1800 sq/ft luxury villa you are lead into the Great Room. This open floor plan area includes the lounge, full service kitchen and dining area. So no matter if your watching TV or working in the kitchen you have that feeling of togetherness. At the end of the great room, are the sliding glass doors that lead out to the covered lanai. The lanai overlooks the 15x30ft heatable swimming pool. The pool area is overlooked by a pond so there are no direct rear neighbors.
Back in the home, and off of the lounge you will find the two (2) master suites. Both master suites have en-suite bathrooms.
Heading down the main hallway towards the front of the home you will find three (3) more bedrooms and a third family bathroom. The home also has a game room, WiFi Internet access and laundry area.

Location Location Location!!! Many homes claim to be 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. WE ARE 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Located just minutes from the I-4 Interstate in the Champions Gate / Reunion area we are ideally located for a Central Florida vacation. By using the I-4 Interstate,you avoid the heavily used US 27 and
US 192 roadways. The I-4 will take you from Tampa Bay to Daytona Beach and all points in between. The Champions Gate area with it's palm tree lines streets, stores and resturants is a great alternative the the tourist traps on the US 192.
The Champions Gate/Reunion area is a growing area with many new stores and resturants plus world renowned golf courses.
It's an ideal location for visiting the Central Florida area.
