Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our new luxury villa truly is magical and a "dream come true" not just for us, but also for our guests. "Pure bliss", is how one guest described her stay and just about says it all.
Situated on Highway 27, in the quiet residential community
of Vista Park Resort it provides the perfect place to relax and unwind, yet it is just 15 minutes drive from action packed Disney World area giving you the "best of both worlds."

When you first step through the front door of the villa you
will be struck by the spaciousness and style. Tastefully
furnished and decorated throughout it has over 3000 sq.
feet of luxurious accommodation and can comfortably sleep
10 + 1 infant - " a real home from home". It is particularly suitable for those who prefer a little more luxury and space or parties with two families, yet it is still attractively cosy for couples and small family groups.

The air conditioned villa is wheelchair accessible and has
the following accommodation and features:

• Master en-suite bedroom with T.V.
• 2nd Master bedroom downstairs with T.V the en-suite bathroom has a large step-in shower
• 2 Twin bedrooms
• Living room with T.V.
• a fully equipped kitchen and Utility/Laundry Room
• Telephone, VCR/Video and CD/ Stereo unit, 2 hairdryers,
1 travel cots/cribs, 1 buggies/strollers & a High Chair
• All access doors and windows to the pool are alarmed ensuring that children cannot get out without adult supervision.

Sleeps 10+1 infant.
Step outside and you will be amazed by the large 30ft. x 15ft. private pool with extra large deck which enjoys all day sunshine - the perfect place for relaxing after those busy days in the parks.The pool has a mesh screen which gives protection from insects but will still allows you to work on that tan. Alongside the pool is the beautiful lie-in Spa. The large Barbeque is perfect for alfresco dining. And later you can experience the "pure bliss" of the warm balmy evenings, sipping a glass of wine or a cool beer while relaxing by the pool or in the bubbling Spa.

Magnificent views of the Epcot Centre and surrounding orange groves are an added bonus. At Vistapark you can take the Fireworks show home with you every night.


You will never be lost for someting to do in Florida. There are 9 Disney Theme Parks, with plans for more, all located within the Disney World complex, which is 10-15minutes away
by car. Universal Studios has 2 Theme Parks as well as the night time City Walk attraction.
Sea World, Wet'n'Wild, and many more are all within 15-30 minutes of the villas.
Other attractions like the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and the beautiful beaches,
such as Daytona on the East coast and Clearwater on the West coast, can be reached in approximately 1 - 1.5 hours.

Just got back from a wonderful vacation at your house with our whole family. All of us were very impressed with the house. We enjoyed the extra room for the children to run around in and us older ones enjoyed challenging each other at the baseball game. Hours of fun for all of us. The children also enjoyed the pool (even though the water could have been a lot warmer) and the playground across from the house. Thanks for sharing your home with this family for it was a real blessing! Tony Zorn
