Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
This vacation villa was refurnished most recently by a professional interior decorator. All furniture, bedroom sets, TVs, and many other amenities are brand new.
The lovely retreat is located at a corner lot of Sandy Ridge Complex (see bird-view picture), which will definitely let you have a privacy and quiet enjoyment of vacation. It has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a screened swimming pool. There are 2 large master en-suite bedrooms one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. Each of the 2 additional bedrooms has its own 2 twin beds. The villa is fully equipped and furnished with air conditioning, washer, dryer, refrigerator, LCD TVs (including a 42 inch one in family room), high-speed internet, telephone, pool table, air hockey, utensils, baby utilities (crib, high chair, and stroller), and many others. This spacious house has everything for one or two families to have a fabulous and unforgettable vacation!
The luxury 2 story house is located at the beautiful Sandy Ridge community, which is only few short minutes away from a couple of famous golf courses (such as Champions Gate, Reunion, etc.), and 9 minutes driving distance from Disney World. It is also within easy access of many other facilities such as Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, Chinese takeout, Italian Trattoria, gas station, banking facilities and other retail stores.
