Set on a quiet gated community, this lovely villa comprises of 2 double bedrooms both with ensuite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms, both with access to a bathroom with shower. the living area has a large well equipped kitchen, a large dining and living area with a kitchen nook. The pool is set in a very secluded location which can be heated at your request and there is a large deck area with lanai for shade. There is aso a well equipped games room.

The Manors South on Westridge is a very quiet gated community and offers a lovely heated community pool and a clubhouse offering lounge, gym and communication facilities and is located within 20 minutes of the Disney World Resort and other major attractions. Golf courses surround the area so there are plenty to choose from and the shops are just 5 minutes down HW27. For the serious shopping at the malls you are within 30 minutes and the choice is endless. You can also find a good selection of restaurants along the HW192 which is just 10 minutes away.
