LOUNGE
The comfortable lounge area is tastefully furnished with matching Loveseat and Queen size sofa (bed), end tables, reading lamps, coffee table, 32' cable television with remote control, and DVD Player, offering plenty of room for the whole family
to relax.

Finished off with coordinated window-dressings throughout, the home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A telephone is available to keep in touch with family and friends from the comfort of the home. Local and long distance calls to landlines are free ' (ideal for ordering take-away meals!).We also have free Wireless Internet connection.

KITCHEN
Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes gas stove, eye-level microwave, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, - and the all-important Dishwasher ' everything you require to prepare a meal, with no need to do the washing up afterwards!


DINING AREA
Situated beyond the Lounge, to the rear of the home and with views to the pool area, through full width patio doors, the Dining Area can comfortably accommodate six people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.


MASTER BEDROOM
Overlooking the pool, the master bedroom has a Queen size bed with carved wooden headboard, matching dressing table and bedside cabinets, reading lamps, clock / radio and remote control cable television. A built-in closet provides ample additional storage space.

The en suite bathroom, with power shower, is smartly fitted out with matching towels and provides direct access to the pool area.


BEDROOMS 2 & 3
One Double bedded and one Twin bedded, each with matching headboards, drawer units and bedside cabinets, reading lamps and remote control cable television. Built-in closets, in each room, provide ample additional storage space.

Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, the second bathroom is tastefully decorated with coordinated towels and fittings and has both shower and bath facilities.


POOL
The Screened pool accommodates a shaded informal seating are furnished with patio table and chairs ' the ideal spot to cool off with a relaxing drink whilst enjoying open views to the brand new Stony Brook South golf course to the rear of the home.

Sun-loungers are also provided for those who prefer to bask in the beautiful Florida sunshine.


GARAGE / LAUNDRY AREA
Accessible internally, via the Lounge, the garage is at your disposal for private parking.

Located at the rear of the garage are laundry facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
