Our villa has been lovingly and carefully prepared to an exceptional standard of upgrades and furnishings, with each item hand chosen by us to compliment the design and luxury you should expect when staying at a high level villa.
The villa offers over 3500 square feet of living area, comprising 6 large bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, consisting of one family bathroom, three en-suite bathrooms and a pool bathroom providing one route for entry and exit to and from the pool. The property can comfortably sleep 14.
The formal area of the house offers a display of the finest quality, whilst the family room, lounge, dining area and huge kitchen with breakfast bar/island offer contemporary bright and elegant functionality.
We have one of the largest pool decks on the development, with ample lounging and recreational space. The pool has been custom designed and built, to include a central feature raised hot tub and spa, together with water sprinkler features and green planters.
Being at the boundary of the exclusive community known as �The Retreat�, the rear of the property enjoys view from the pool deck reaching far across a green woodland area. Not overlooked at all by other villas behind you, the villa is wonderfully relaxing and quiet.

This is a nice house over all.The bug man must have come just before us.There were dead roaches everywhere.We had to cleanup before we could unpack.Hopefully none came home with us.

It was Emerald Island 8423 Secret Key Cove Kissimmee, FL. What ever you do don't pick this house to stay in It's a rat hole and not worst the price they are asking for we was promise one house and was giving this shit hole instead and everything they promise will be in the house was all a lie nothing was there. They was no game room and they only had one TV in the bedrooms which had 6 rooms without tv it was the worst ever. There was bugs and roaches everywhere the grill was dirty and the kitchen didn't have a broom to sweep the dirty floors. The garbage was runing over in the front when we got there so we should have turn around and left right then because that was a clear sign of what we was about to walk into. I could keep writing more and more because it was so bad but I'll stop right here just done do it You will be sorry I wish someone whould had told me I pay was to much for this rat whole and I really want my money back.
