Payment Options: Cashier's Check, PayPal, Personal Check
Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: No minimum except during HOLIDAY season
Lodging Tax: 13%
Deposits: 20% of resevation amount OR $200 reservation deposit due at time of booking. Full payment is due at time of reservation for SPECIAL RATE PLUS $80 Cleaning Fee!! $300 damage deposit is due 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned approx. 30 days after check-out if no damage is assessed.
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee of $80 will be added to ANY booking of LESS Than 7 nights. A Credit Card / Paypal fee of 5% will be added. Pet fee of $100 - for carpet cleaning upon check-out. Pool heat may be added for $25/day. (4 day minimum)
