This luxury villa “Solana Four Seasons” is located on the exclusive Solana Resort, an exclusive gated community less than 8.5 miles away from Disney World. With 6 bedrooms (four en-suites) and 5.5 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 12-14 people. This lavish styled home is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything a discerning vacationer should require. After a long busy day at the attractions you can relax either in the spacious family or living room watching cable TVs and DVDs or get into the sparkling-clear pool and bubbling spa pool to soothe away any tension. Under the full length shaded lanai you can eat, drink or read your favorite books while watching your kids and others splashing in the pool. The pool has a removable safety fence for extra protection for your young children. All guests have free access to the Solana Resort clubhouse that has excellent amenities like the soft-sand volleyball court, children’s playground, high-speed Internet room, sundry shop and a state-of-art fitness room.

Solana Resort in Davenport near Orlando, Florida is one of the most popular rental and vacation home communities with many demanding it by name. It is only 8 miles away from Disney and close to all other Theme Parks - Universal, Seaworld, Wet'n Wild. The Space Coast and Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex are only about an hour away and the fabulous beaches of the Gulf coast just over an hour. Great for Large Family

Great layout withgreeat practicable furnishings that were clean, comfortable and in good condition. Kitchen well equipped & large enough for two ccoks; kitchen table on tile floor great for the 5 grand kids ages 3 – 8. Six bedrooms (all with TV’s) and 4-1/2 baths meant that each family group had their own private space! Grand parents used the down stairs master and with door closed had an amazingly quiet escaped space when needed. (With door closed, bedroom(s) did not stay cool for long; door had to be open for effective AC) We all enjoyed the pool and covered lanai; pool furniture was clean and comfy. Game Room was not air-conditioned so only tolerable 2 days of our stay. Washer/Dryer allowed us to pack light but dryer had issues which were reported and hopefully will be resolved before your stay. Location/access times accurately represented. Club house with friendly staff and large pool were also enjoyed. Great value! Highly recommended!

Great Villa in Florida

We utilized this villa for a family reunion in March and we all really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home. It was fantastic to have the backyard pool and also be able to wander down the street to the clubhouse and large pool! The home was furnished well and the garage (with the games/pool table) was perfect for the kids to play in when it got too hot! The drive to all the theme parks was not too far (and we went to most of the parks) but it was fantastic to return home and relax in the private, quiet pool. We are definitely planning to return.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION

Lovely spacious villa, ideal for our family vacation The heated pool was great as was the whole experience. The resort was close to all the Disney parks and shopping and restaurants were only a short drive away. We had a 6 year old grand daughter and two babies in the group and the villa was equipped to suit them. We all had a great time.

So close to Disney it was just around the corner. House could have used a little sprucing up but Jean and Colin were fantastic and when we did call, came immediently. We are very happy.
