5 bed, 3 bath property with spacious south-facing pool and spa. Situated in the prestigious gated community of Manors North at Westridge, Clarinda is ideally situated for visits to all of Orlando's attractions as well as the beaches of mid-Florida

Area Description

Manors North at Westridge is a gated community just 4 miles from exit 55 off Interstate 4. Easy driving either along the I4 or the alternative US192, which is only 3 miles from Clarinda means you can be at Disney in less than 15 minutes, Universal in approx 25, Wet'n'Wild in 20, the beaches at Daytona in 55 or Clearwater in 80.
Golf courses are just a short drive away, the nearest being Highlands Reserve (2mins) with ChampionsGate just a little bit longer of a drive.
More mundane but necessary destinations are Publix (2mins), Walmart (5mins), Denny's (5mins), Walgreens (4mins).
For shopping there is Florida Mall (20mins), Prime Outlets (used to be called Belz, 25mins), Premium Outlets (15mins).
