Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Welcome to our exquisite and spacious 1919 square feet villa with covered lanai and double garage.
The villa was build in 2003 and has a 180 degree panoramic view over the prestigious golf course in Highlands Reserve
This single story villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms divided in a separate kids-section and a section for the adults.
In one end you will find the Kid's Department - two bedrooms with each two single beds. One is decorated in fresh colours and contemporary design. The other one is Mickey Mouse inspired and can easily encourage sweet dreams in the youngest family members. These two bedrooms share one of the bathrooms.
In the other end you find the master bedroom furnished with brand new furniture. A brand new king size bed with quality mattress will welcome you after a long day on the golf course or in the nearby theme parks.
In the master bedroom you will also find a new 32” full HD Samsung flat screen monitor and from this room you have direct access to a walk-in closet, a separate bathroom and the swimming pool.
In the adult section you also find the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and television and from here you also access a separate bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The kitchen is openly connected with the dining area and the living room. It has a breakfast bar, where you can easily enjoy breakfast or a drink, while being in the centre of the villa. In the kitchen you will find stove, oven, microwave, and toaster and of course an American fridge with ice cube dispenser.
In the living room you will find a newly installed 50” Samsung flat screen monitor, so your favourite shows or a good movie can be enjoyed from the sofas. From the living room you have direct access to the patio, from where you can benefit from the magnificent panoramic view over the golf course. You can also connect your computer to the complimentary wireless network, while other family members amuse themselves in the swimming pool. The pool can be heated in the coldest months and can be screened to protect the children. From the pool area you have convenient direct access to bathroom facilities.
In the villa you will find bed linen, towels, tableware, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer.
All you have to bring is your swim suit and perhaps your golf gear.
The villa is situated in walking distance from a Publix Supermarket, restaurants, take away’s, Tap Room, pharmacy etc. Furthermore, only a few minutes drive away, you can find a newly built Super Walmart that is open around the clock.
In just one hour you can reach the great beaches at the Atlantic Ocean, Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach.
Area Description
Davenport is a small town located southwest of Orlando near Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion. Considering Davenports central location and that its surrounded by rolling hills and land that was once used for citrus growth, its not too surprising that Davenport vacations are popular.
Disney World is less than 15 minutes away. Davenport is also just minutes to Epcot, Universal Studios, Seaworld of Orlando, Wet & Wild, Gatorland, and much, much more. If you want to visit the beach, Tampa and the Gulf Coast are only one hour away, and the Atlantic coast is even less.
Lake Tohopekaliga, or Lake Toho, as it is known by most Floridians, offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. Davenport is near numerous golf courses, supermarkets and other shopping and restaurants. You get beauty and convenience, near all the excitement and nightlife of Orlando, yet far enough away to relax in peace and quiet.
Local restaurants, take away, Publix, Bar
Sorry it took so long to reply but getting everything back together keeps us busy. Your place is excellent. Being on the par 3 6th hole is a great bonus all by itself. It was very relaxing reading the paper or a novel and watching the golfers hitting the ball all over that alot of times we never left your house until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. We enjoyed the size of the tvs in the living room and of course the master bedroom. Great for morning or evening walks around the complex and having a grocery store so close is another plus. Rooms for the kids were decorated with excellent taste. We met Kevin's wife and she is very meticulous about the care of your house.
