Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

This fantastic home was only completed in September 2009. It is located on the conservation-friendly community of Sandy Ridge.
The villa benefits from 5 spacious bedrooms - each with closets. There are 2 Master suites, a full room and 2 twin rooms. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 located with the masters and the third giving access to the wonderful pool area. There are 32 inch plasma tvs in the masters and a Wii system in the front twin room.

There is a full kitchen with all you will need, an eating area within the kitchen and a formal dining table located in the living area.

There are fans in each of the rooms and a wall mounted plasma tv to the living room.

The games room has a pool table, air hockey game, foosball and ice hockey tables. There is a table with chairs in here too

The pool overlooks open farmland and there is a jacuzzi and lanai area. There are sunbeds and a table and chairs for outside dining.

Area Information

Sandy Ridge - only a 2 minute drive to the shopping/eating areas of Champions Gate. Nearby golf courses include the Omni and Reunion Resorts. I4 is located at Champions Gate, giving access east and west to Disney and Universal to the east and Tampa and Busch Gardens to the West

The house was great, perfect for our family. The kids loved the heated pool which worked out well the couple days which were a little cool. It was easy to get to the places we wanted to go from Highland Preserve subdivision. We also used the golf course. It was a pleasure working with Heather to find the right rental for us. Thank You
