"Disney Palm Villa" is fully furnished 6 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom villa with private heated swimming pool. Right across the street is the Solana Resort Club House. The Solana Resort Club House offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this vacation home. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The Club House at Solana provides high speed internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There's a putting green to help you shape up your game...or send the energetic ones to the soft-sand volleyball court or the soccer pitch. The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

The sleeping accommodation at 'Disney Palm Villa includes 3 spacious master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, 24' cable TV, dresser, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan and walk in closet space. One master bedroom is located downstairs, with direct access to the pool deck, with a spacious, private master bathroom, one with his 'n ' hers mirrored vanity basins, a roman tub and walk-in shower. Two spacious bedrooms each enjoy 2 twin beds, with 22' cable TV, nightstands with lamps and closet space, with ensuite full bathroom. The sofas in den(6th bedroom) and family room are sleep sofa, each can sleep two people.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for that favorite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the 'formal dining area ' which has a serving hatch from the kitchen or in the breakfast nook ' or why not eat al-fresco by the sparkling pool' You can even enjoy your favorite BBQ.

Our family truly enjoyed staying in the Disney Palm Villa. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and we loved the fact, every room had its own bathroom. We have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home... The owner and management company were very pleasant to deal with. The only down side was they could not fix the pool heat before we left. But they were A+++ on everything else. Very convenient located. The CLub house was great. The house is well decorated. I have 2 years old children and I was happy because I did not have to worry about small pieces of decoration. Very Clean. We never go back to the same rental house twice, but this is an exception to my rule, this house is a must on all of our Orlando area/ Florida trips... Thanks a lot!!!

We came down with 10 teens and 3 adults and there was room for everyone plus. I loved that every room has a bathroom. There are two living areas and a large area to hang out buy or in the pool. There where a few things like stains on the carpets and some dirty walls that could have been a little cleaner, the dish washer backed up in the sink ...but the maintance people came right out and fixed it so that was good. The club house was another place for the teens we had there to hang out. We had to drive to the Orange County Convention Center everyday and it would tke about 30 to 45 mins so it was a little drive but not to bad. Overall a good experience.

The house was exactly as described. It worked out great for us. There were 12 of us, our 2 daughters,their husbands and children. The 3 king suites were perfect. The pool was a great place to relax after a busy day at the parks. It was close to shopping and accesses to the theme parks. We will use this home again if we come down as a family. The owner was very helpful and prompt with any questions. While there, we had a couple of small issues, garbage in garage and the pool was too warm. The rental company was there within 2 hours to take care of them. Very pleased.

We stayed at the Solana Resort in July. The home is not just beautiful but it's close proximity to Disney, allowed us to visit the parks but be able to come back to a "home". The house was beautiful, spacious and large. It has so many extras that we didn't have time to use them all like the clubhouse, playground and game room. Just want to tell you we really enjoyed staying your vacation home. We never rented a home before and we will definitely rent yours again next time we go on vacation. The area is very quiet and it is close to everything within a 10-minute drive. The people were nice especially the people at the gate and the clubhouse who helped us with directions, this made our stay feel safer and more enjoyable too.
