"Disney Palm Villa" is located in the man-gated Solana Resort. Solana resort is about 10 minutes to Disney World. "Disney Palm Villa" is fully furnished 6 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom villa with private heated swimming pool. This elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.

Right across the street is the Solana Resort Club House. The Solana Resort Club House offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this vacation home. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The Club House at Solana provides high speed internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There's a putting green to help you shape up your game...or send the energetic ones to the soft-sand volleyball court or the soccer pitch. There's even a sundry shop in the reception area if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack!

'Disney Palm Villa has a spacious family room to relax during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, 52' high definition cable TV and DVD Player - so you can watch your favorite movie, after a great day at the parks. When you want some peace and quiet, take time-out in the front formal lounge that 's next to the dining area.

Step outside, under the shaded lanai, and there's an heated private, screened, and sparkling-clear pool with a bubbling spa pool where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and soak in 'the rays . The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

The sleeping accommodation at 'Disney Palm Villa includes 3 spacious master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, 24' cable TV, dresser, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan and walk in closet space. One master bedroom is located downstairs, with direct access to the pool deck, with a spacious, private master bathroom, one with his 'n ' hers mirrored vanity basins, a roman tub and walk-in shower. Two spacious bedrooms each enjoy 2 twin beds, with 22' cable TV, nightstands with lamps and closet space, with ensuite full bathroom. The sofas in den(6th bedroom) and family room are sleep sofa, each can sleep two people.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for that favorite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the 'formal dining area ' which has a serving hatch from the kitchen or in the breakfast nook ' or why not eat al-fresco by the sparkling pool' You can even enjoy your favorite BBQ.

I was totally not expecting such a fabulus home as this villa. We were not ready to leave it. The children only had one day to enjoy the pool, but they will never forget this vacation. Everything was very clean and in place. We were very pleased with the house, the pool, the location, . . . everything! (And the 52-inch TV, too!)We couldn't get the coffee-maker to work, but that was a small matter. Our three-family, Florida vacation was a dream, especially with the beautiful six-bedroom home we shared at Solana! The children and adults all loved the large, private pool and hot tub as well as the fun game room! The nearby clubhouse was great for guest internet access and exercise equipment. We stayed at the Solana Resort in July. The home is not just beautiful but it's close proximity to Disney, allowed us to visit the parks but be able to come back to a "home". The house provided us with the peace and quiet a family needs to rejuvinate themselves after a day at Disney. The clubhouse was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank You!

The house was beautiful, spacious and large. It has so many extras that we didn't have time to use them all like the clubhouse, playground and game room. The resort is a vacation in itself and was certainly a luxury to come home to after a long day at Disney. Our family will definately try to stay there again.

Just want to tell you we really enjoyed staying your vacation home. We never rented a home before and we will definitely rent yours again next time we go on vacation. The area is very quiet and it is close to everything within a 10-minute drive. The people were nice especially the people at the gate and the clubhouse who helped us with directions, this made our stay feel safer and more enjoyable too. It was great to just sit by the pool with the family and eat breakfast and watch the kids play in the heated pool. Thank you again and hope to go back soon. Mike
