4 bed/3bath Pool Villa-Disney area. Pets welcome

Our beautiful spacious Mediterranean style Villa is within Lake Wilson Preserve in Davenport & adjacent to Reunion, 1 mile from Champions Gate and 8 minutes from Disney and the 192. This villa is situated in a quiet & peaceful location, pool and extended decking facing south and backing onto conservation area, with all the trees, birds etc that one would expect in the tropics. All main rooms have fans, plus air conditioning/heating, the lanai also having a fan/light. The bedrooms are carpeted other areas tiled with rugs. Villa Nova is buggy and wheelchair friendly.

This is a very roomy home, with 2 Master Bedooms both with pillow top queen beds, and a television combi. They are in opposite corners to the rear of the villa overlooking the decking, pool and conservation area of trees. The twin bedroom is to the side and has space for a crib, the front double bedroom had a TV/DVD and is en suite to the main bathroom which also opens into the hallway.We also have a high chair for child use.

In the cathedral ceilinged Lounge there are 2X2 Seater couches and 1X3 seater which converts into a queen bed. [bedding supplied] There are also several tables, lamps, TV, DVD, & CD player. The Dining Area has a table and six chairs + 4 chairs and table in the adjacent Kitchen Nook. There are two stools to the breakfast bar. The Kitchen is fully equipped for 10-12 with all the white goods, linens, cooking and crockery required. Full laundry facilities are in the garage.

A full cable media service is provided, TV, Wifi and telephone. Villa Nova is fully equipped for 8-10, all you need to bring are yourselves and your personal holiday items.

The pool area is in full sun until late afternoon, decked and enclosed by a screen to the width of the house, and is equipped with 4 cushioned sun loungers, some little tables and 2 sun chairs. There are also 6 chairs and a table in the lanai plus 4 old plastic chairs in the garage. There is an alarm on the access to the pool area so you are aware of any guest opening this door. This is Florida law. There are also some pool toys for guest use [guest responsibilty] plus a solar pool cover which is great for conserving the heat of the day.

This area is within the up and coming Golden Triangle of Central Florida. It is a quiet subdivision of 96 homes, both home owners and rentals, and Villa Nova can be found at the rear enclave of the estate where there are only 12 properties. A very safe area for children.

We are very convenient for access to Disney- 8 minutes, International Drive, Sea World-20 minutes with the I4 less than a mile away. Kissimmee for the tourism areas, shows etc is only 10 minutes or so on the 192 E, and there are grocery stores and banks close by with the brand new retail park of Posner Park about 2 miles distant.
