Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Bedroom 2, queen size bed, dresser and large closet, Bedroom 3, twin beds, dresser and closet. Beds 2 and 3 share a bathroom, which has large vanity unit with inset sink, full bath with shower over, toilet, and linen closet. Fans to all bedrooms and family room. Fully-fitted kitchen,with all amenities inc. auto.ice and water dispenser, breakfast bar, dining nook, laundry room,free telephone for Canada and USA and Puerto Rico and Wi-Fi broadband computer hook up. Own screened pool (heat available) South facing .Pool area has all necessary furniture and has additional lighting for evening use.
Situated at Florida Pines on US 27, 5 miles south of Highway 192. Close to local supermarkets, shops, restaurants, golf, etc. Disney is 15 minutes. International Drive and Sea World are 20 minutes. Space Center and East Coast are one hour. Busch Gardens and Gulf Coast are one-and-quarter hours.
Area Information
Good local super markets, restaurants and other shops. Well placed in central Florida and easy to get to East coast and Space Center, and also to West coast i.e. Tampa, St. Petersburg etc.

The home was great, good size. Pool Heat could have been better, but the management team was as helpful as they could be. We all would return to this great rental.

The renter is very truthful and honest. The pool heater used by the previous renter was working OK and unfortuneately could not be replaced in time.for his use.

Beautiful Clean Home

Absolutely beautiful home inside!! Very clean and well kept. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; we liked the fact that security rode around everyday and night. Easy excess to highways to get to Disney parks, shopping and restaurants. Our family very much enjoyed the stay and we would definitely rent a home again before staying at a resort; alot cheaper and much more private. Thank you Stuart and Chris!!!

We had four fantastic weeks in this property during our summer holiday. It was a long way to come from England but it was worth it. It was clean and very spacious and our children loved the pool. Very close to all the theme parks and very easy to get about from, we hope to come again soon.

Great except for the false charges!

Rooms were just as described, and the stay was great. After we left I was told we took a remote (which we did not) and I was charged $48 to replace a $5-$10 remote.

We were down for my daughters softball tournament in March and stayed at this lovely villa home. It was clean, close to everything and very cozy. We would definately stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
