Thank you for taking the time to view and enquiry about our fantastic Davenport Vacation Rental Villa by Disney, Florida.
'Benoly Villa' is the complete ultimate in luxury. This magnificent 6 bed, 4 bath (3 mastersuites) villa is located on a very exclusive private development only 15 minutes from Disney and can sleep up to 17 guests.
We are the owners of the villa and have been since it was built in 2005
It is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Davenport, Disney, Orlando and Florida have to offer.
The villa is situated on a large south west corner plot. The house is very spacious with 3300 sq ft of living space.
The villa has been furnished to an exceptional high standard. There are 2 large master suites on the ground floor and upstairs you will find a further 4 large spacious bedrooms, one of which is a mastersuite.
The bedroom layout is as follows.
Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed - Mastersuite.
Bedroom 2 - Kingsize bed - Mastersuite.
Bedroom 3 - Queensize bed - Mastersuite.
Bedroom 4 - Queensize bed
Bedroom 5 - Family bedroom, Queen and a twin bed, sleeps 3.
Bedroom 6 - Disney bedroom, triple bunks and a twin bed, sleeps 4.
Every bedroom has a TV and a telephone.
Every bathroom has a hairdryer.
All linens and towels are provided.
We have just upgraded and added to the villa the latest in high speed wireless broadband internet access, digital cable so you have around 300 TV channels to watch including some pay per view channels and the latest telephone system so you get free unlimited calls anywhere in the US and Canada.
There is a fantastic game room that has in it a pool table, colour TV, PlayStation 2, CD player and two large sofas.
The pool area is the biggest on the development and is truly magnificent. The large completely private and fenced pool area faces south-west so it has the sun on it 365 days of the year.
There is a separate 6 person Spa/Hot tub.
The decking is 40ft x 35ft, so no matter how many guests are at the house there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. On the decking there are sunloungers and floodlights so you can enjoy the evenings outside. There is also a covered lanai/porch which gives you some welcome shade should you require it.
Inside the villa there is Dining room, with two high chairs, Kitchen and a Living/Family room with a 42' LCD TV, DVD player, CD player and VCR. There are two leather sofas with recliners and a separate leather rocker chair.
There are Cribs/Cots for you to use should you need them free of charge.
We have tried to make 'Benoly Villa' that perfect vacation destination for you, your family and friends. We look forward to speaking with you all very soon.
We also own other executive Orlando Villas if you do need more than one vacation home and some are side by side.

Beautiful vacation home with lots of space!!

We stayed at this property from Feb 21-Mar 3, 2013. There were twelve of us who stayed in the home and we could have added another four people and still had plenty of space and privacy. There was six bedrooms, the two master suites were on the main floor which each had a king size bed and their own full ensuite bathroom. There were four more bedrooms upstairs, a queen sized room with it's own ensuite, a second queen size and two more rooms which could each sleep three people or four children. The main area was large enough for us all to sit and chat as the kitchen area was open to the family room. The dining room also had a full table to eat at. The extension of the outside area from the family room was also great too as we could sit outside while the kids watched tv and winded down for the night. We had perfect weather for this time of year so had plenty of use of the pool in the backyard as well as the deck at this home. There was plenty of space for us to lounge around and the kids to play ball while the pool was fenced up. The pool was plenty big enough and very warm for the kids to all swim at all hours! The children really enjoyed the games room which included a pool table and a ping pong table. The area was nice, everything you needed was very close. There was a plaza at the entrance of the community which included a store and a pizza place. Walmart and several other store and restaurants were 5-10 minutes up the highway. Universal Studios was about 15 minutes away and Disney World about 20 minutes away but all highway so easy access. It was just far enough to get away from the crowds after being at the parks all day long. The property manager was available easily and was more than eager to help with whatever you needed. I would recommend this property for anyone travelling with a large group. I would definetly stay at this property again!

great family vacation

We had a great family vacation in Florida. The house was the right size for our 12 family members . The pool was nice and warm and the kids loved to swim the whole day long. Not to far to go to Disney and the orange groves. The villas was equipped with high chair and playpen just like we requested. Everyone was great to work with to make this a great and fun family vacation.

I stayed at this villa with my family it was about 17 of us in all. this villa was a perfect fit! My children loved the pool and game room. The only draw back was it not on a main strip like I'm use to. Other than that it is perfect and I will definately like to stay here again! We had a ball!!!

It was the best vacation home i've ever stayed in! The pool was great, and the house is very spacious so it was big enough that no one was always in one anothers face. Beds were comfy too! The whole family loved it. I highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful holiday we had at this lovely villa, the property was clean,very tidy and obviously well maintained throughout. All the equipment that you could want was in the Villa .The furnishings were very clean ,modern and of the highest standard. The pool and the jacuzzi were very clean and just what was needed after a day of sight-seeing. The fully equiped games room was great and much used by the family. I would certainly recommend this villa to my family and friends. and we ourselves will be returning. This villa was exactly as outlined and perfect for us all.
