This spacious luxury home is just furnished June 2010 with everything you need for a happy gathering for families and friends. It has 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms,and two dual twin-bedrooms. With 3 family rooms, new HDTVs, free hi-speed Internet, free unlimited phone call in NA. It is only 11 miles from the theme parks, easy access to I-4, shopping and restaurants. The welcoming living room has a full set of sofa/sleepers for a chatting and relaxing time and is adjacent to the formal dining room. Next to the fully equipped kitchen is the comfortable bar area and the spacious family room with 47 inch HDTV and recliner sofas. Upstairs loft is equipped with 42 inch HDTV, sofa and desks, would be good for playing, gaming and computer area. TVs in all bedrooms. Private pool back to conservation forest with fantastic views. HAD A GREAT TIME

August 6, 2012

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in your house. The house was very nice and big and the kids loved the pool! The only complaint I have is the fact that the garbage is a only picked up once a week. When we got there, the bin was full and we had no where to throw our garbage out. But other then that, our trip was good. Will DEFINITELY recommend staying at this house to my friends. If down that way again, I will try to stay again. Thanks for the good time!!

EXCELENT HOUSE

The house is very good, better then imagined by pictures. Large spaces, excelent rooms and beds, all NEW furnitures. Very quiet neighborhood and yet near I-4, Publix, wallgreens and CVS amoung other facilities. Only thing that could be better is the number of pan in the kitchen, has just one small, one medium and one small frying pan. Other then that, PERFECT!!!

Me and my family spend the Xmas vacation here. It was great! the house was impecable, spacious and very confortable. The owner was great. The has is near all the convenieces of Disney and at the same time is somehowhat recluded and peacefull. I will rent again

We wanted you to know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home this past week. The house was extremely spacious, plenty of room for our family of 12 (7 adults and 5 children). The children loved the pool and asked everyday if they would be able to go swimming. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, very relaxing after a crazy day at Disney World. The drive to Disney World was fast and we never once encountered traffic. I also want to thank you for being so prompt in your replies to any questions or concerns I had. This is the first time we have ever rented a vacation home and based on our experience we would do it again!!

My family and I had a great time. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The location was very convenient to all attractions and shopping centers. I would definitely rent again or refer a friend. The renter was well communicated and always responded in a timely manner. Thanks again for a great vacation.
