Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Located on the gated resort of Aviana. There is a fantastic clubhouse, with fitness room, cyber cafe and sundry store. There is a large communal pool and spa and a putting green and volleyball court.

The Villa: Family Room: Contemporary styled with 52 inch plasma TV, DVD , Blu-Ray player and an X Box with Games, in front of large comfy L-shaped sofa. View of pool area. Internet access and phone.

Breakfast nook with table & four chairs.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with large 2-door American fridge freezer with Ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, toaster, coffee maker,kettle, crockery and cutlery, double sink with waste disposal. Everything you need to make the most of your stay.

Utility Room: Automatic washing machine and separate drier, ironing board and iron, plus ample storage
