Villa is peacefully located at West sides of Championship Golf Courses Community ( its away form HWY 27 noise ) it offers unobstructed views of South/West from the spacious deck on to Florida Natural Reserve yet its about 12minutes away from Disney and only 2minutes from the Super market and local shops .
