This is a beautiful home. Nice quiet area and private. House has everything you need. A home away from home. We will certainly stay there again. It is close to local events (disney & seaworld). Suitable for large family.

Best vacation home ever!!

This vacation home has been the best vacation home my family and I have stayed in so far. We have rented 4 vacation homes in the last 4 years. We used the pool every day and did not require pool heat since the temperature during the day was very hot and kept the solar blanket on the pool and the spa when not in use. My in-laws are elderly and they loved the spa, it helped them feel better with their arthirites. You might want to think about putting a rail in on the pool and the spa for this reason if possible. They had difficulties getting in and out of the pool and the spa. Over all house was great for them since everything was on one floor. No Stairs to worry about! It was home away from home! The neighbours are very freindly, very safe, clean and beutiful community. The home was very clean and the beds were great to sleep in great support. Had a great time, attaractions where very close by. We will definetly rent from you again, loved it!! Will definetly recommend to freinds and family. Many thanks to Clair and Tony

This home is exactly as advertised! The communication with the owners is very quick and good! We had one small issue at the home, but K&W Management took care if it quickly! We were very happy and wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again! Thank you!

House was very nice, beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and all furniture was in good shape. The location was very good. It was easy to get to I-4. Disney was very close. We went downtown Orlando for the Citris parade where our grandson played in the Lincoln Way Marching Knights Band in the parade. They also played at Disney. Parking was reasonable compared to what we pay in Chicago. We paid extra for heat for the Spa, but it was difficult to keep it warm so we could use it when we got home in the evening. We were able to use it a couple of days. You had to keep turning the timer or the warm water would run into the pool. This was difficult to do when we were gone all day. But overall the place is well kept and maintained. Would stay there again if we were to come down. You were to make sure it was warm weather!!! LOL It wasn't too bad, wore shorts 6 out of the 7 days. We were delighted with the villa, it was in a good location, very clean and well equipt. Weather let the break down as it was too cold for the pool & hot tub heat to take effect but nithing you can do about that. Keith from the Maintenance company was very helpful. Will definitely try to use it in the future.
