Very Pleasant Home

We stayed here for a month and enjoyed this well equipped home. We enjoyed the large heated pool and the location is great for all the amusement parks. We even went to Cape Canaveral from here and it was only about an hour + drive. The home manager was a pleasure to deal with. The home is laid out quite nicely for maximum privacy for more than one family. We would definitely recommend this home.

A Great Getaway

We stayed the month of January at this well-equipped beautiful home. Only minutes from Orlando attractions. restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed many lazy hours in the comfortably heated pool in the private backyard. A quiet, friendly neighbourhood with an available and helpful manager nearby. Will definitely return and have booked for 2013.

Home away from home

We usually stay in Disney resorts but since there was 6 of us we wanted a place to be all be together. The house was great, clean and home like. It provided more than enough room for all of us and allowed for privacy with the extra space. The pool was fibulas for those days at home and the added privacy of the fenced in yard was fantastic. Its located 15 - 20 min to everything. We recommend it 100% and plan on returning on our next trip.

Being our first time to Florida and finding a house owned by Suzanna was a blessing. We had a great time and the house was AMAZING. Clean and spacious. Our 3 kids wanted to not only take back a little piece of Florida but the HOUSE TOO. THey want to go back often and I do too with the great house and great location to all amenidies. If you are going to rent then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. LOVED it very much and will rent always when we return.

This house was a great rental just outside of Orlando. Very clean and easy to maintain. The neighborhood was quiet and private with the house fenced in.The pool and spa were perfect on lazy days. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation home.

Family christmas vacation 2010

What a fabulous house! We spent our Christmas Vacation touring Universal Studios and a few other parks. How lucky we were to have such a beautiful, spacious home to come back to at the end of a busy day. The full kitchen was a treat to be able to prepare breakfast and dinner in everyday. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers - space is important! The garage was great- we all challenged eachother to ping pong and air hockey games. We couldn't think of a better way to spend Christmas day than in the private pool and whirl pool not to mention the barbequed dinner! The house was warm and welcoming, and extremely clean! It was very reasuring to know that if we needed help of any kind, the 'caretaker' was just a phone call away. It was so great that we booked for next year as soon as we got home!
