There is a large number of restaurants nearby, and for the golfer there are no fewer than 5 Championship golf courses within a 5 mile radius. The villa is just off highway 27 and within easy reach of all theme parks; no more tham 20 minutes away. There is a natural lake which is great for fishermen! The lake is stocked with large bass and boating is permitted, or you can just spend time walking along the nature paths. The villa is located in a secure gated community and is only accessable to residents and guests. There is also a 24hr super wall-mart within a 5 minutes drive.

we stayed here april 24th to may 4th we had such a great time with our family and friends,very very beautiful villa very clean the house was perfect,loved the pool the kids had a great time...very beautiful community.i would reccomand this villa to anyone...we will be back there again for sure....we have a disabled child and the house was perfect for her too ...never any trouble trying to get in contact with anyone the staff was very helpful....we would like to thank you for making our trip a enjoyable one...thanks so much...shelly sean,jackie david,melinda david,betty phyllis,sean tiffany and james...thanks again.
Fantastic villa! we had a great vacation, the pool area was great, the villa was very clean wnd we had plenty of room for all 10 of us, thanks, we will be back next year.
