Everything you expected

The home we rented was fantastic. I would highly recommend this rental property. The pictures they showed online were exact and accurate. You can easily sleep 12 people with no problem. You are close to all the attractions and outlet malls in Orlando.When we arrived the house was in immaculate condition. I would without hesitation rent this property again.

This house is very well laid out there is lots of room for everyone weather you all want to be all together or have private time. The pool was lovely we used it daily and the heater actually worked and worked well. We have been going down to the Orlando area for the 7or 8 years this is the first time that we stayed there and we will be staying there again in the near future again. The owners where easy to get along with our bookings and changes that we made from our first booking with them. I wish more owners where this way it makes things go much smoother. It is a wonderful place and it is in a very quite area. I even loved the idea of the washroom out by the pool so you didn't have to track though the house with wet clothes or if you needed to use the washroom it was right there. It was a amazing house. Would recommend this house to anyone.

We were in awe when we opened the front door. The home is very inviting and immaculate. The rooms are large and there was seating everywhere for a large group. The game room came well equipped and no one was bored just staying home one day to relax. The pool was cleaned by maintanence people while we were there. There is a washer/dryer and plenty of towels. It was hard for us to leave. We felt safe being in a gated community and it was very quiet.

Nice home, a definite rental

This was our first time to rent a home on vacation and I must say that it was fantastic. It is located close to Disney (5 miles) and all kinds of restaurants in nearby Clermont and the Champions Gate area. If you like to golf, Champions Gate is about 1 to 2 miles from the house. The house is in a gated community and the pool and spa are very nice. There is a gas grill for use if you choose. Easy access to Highway 4 which pretty much takes you all over Orlando area. We had a few minor issues that were addressed and corrected really quick! I could go on and on. I would recommend this house to anyone that asked. The owners are very accomodating and were helpful with the numerous questions I had. Thank you guys very much!!!!!! James and Lisa Rogers

The title says it all. This was an amazing house for the price. The owners and property management company were amazing as well. We asked for an early check-in and was granted. Then, on the last day we were there we wanted to stay until late afternoon so we called and asked for a late check-out. This would typically be a $50-$100 fee, but we were granted a late check-out within' hours of the normal check-out time and wasn't charged a dime! Now that's service! The house had everything we needed plus some. There were 10 of us - 6 adults and 4 kids- 8,7,7 and 5 years old. Every couple had their own suite! Not once did anyone feel cramped. The kids loved the playstation. There were dvd players in every room including some kids videos which the kids also loved. There were even some pool toys. Everything was incredible. If I had any negative comments it would be that the refrigerator seemed to be going out. It didn't quite keep things as cold as we would have liked. And also that we couldn't set the air conditioning below 75'F. We like it cold at night! That would be it though. I would just like to tell the owneres to keep up the good work and my family will definitely be coming back in the future.

In response to Cory's comment about the refrigerator not staying cold, it has been replaced with a side by side with filtered water and ice. We have also added appliance thermometers to both sides of the refrigerator.

The house was even more than we expected. Our granddaughters became little fish, thanks to the wonderful pool on site. It was and easy drive to all-Disney, Seaworld and even the beaches. The house was equiped with everything we needed and more.
