Palm villa is the best place to enjoy your vacation in the area. This 6 bedroom 3000 SqFt beautifully fully furnished villa is located just about 10 minutes drive from the Disney Parks. This villa boasts all the modern day amenities to make your vacation a luxury affair. This very large villa can accommodate 13 person. This villa also has a very large private fenced in garden for the kids, and also has a very large front garden with parking on the drive for up to 6 cars. The pool/spa are heated by free solar system . On the Large Deck Area by the pool/spa there are tables, chairs and sun beds so that you can enjoy the sunny rays of Florida.

The Lounge area of this villa can sit 9 person and has a Large screen TV with cable, Dvd, Stereo System with a I POD port.

The great game room has all the games to entertain you such as a pool and air hockey tables, table football, a Sony play-station and many other games

The BBQ which is large so that you can enjoy your evening with your guests.

Maid services are also available,at an extra charge.

This is the best vacation destination for a large group, family reunion with lots of tourist attractions.

Lake Davenport Estates is located nearby gardens, playground, restaurants, groceries, shopping centers and only 10 minutes drive from the Disney World. All the major championship Golf Courses are just 20 minutes drive away. You can access the lake by just 15 minutes walking.

I warmly recommend this villa to everyone especially to big families who are planning to do reunion or just to bring the family together. The house is very big so everyone had his own space. When we saw the pictures of the house on the internet we were satisfied but when we got there we were overjoyed!! The children, (mine and my sibling's) were just running around screaming with joy and excitement!! Even the adults were in a kind of euphoria. The pool was of course the biggest hit!! But the playroom was never ignored either. I should never forget to give compliments to the master bedroom. I loved the soft, very good quality bed sheets they used in this room. It felt like I was sleeping on my own bed. I enjoyed my evening baths too in the spacious corner tub in the master bathroom. We had everything we needed. Grocery stores are just max 5 minutes away. The parks are so near you could even watch the fireworks by the pool area. Orlando Premium outlet is also near (22 min). Once again, thank you Geoffrey for letting us stay in your nice villa. I will definitely choose this home again on my next stay in Florida.

We all enjoyed our stay at your property. We had everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool. They called your house "mansion". We had a great time. Thank you.

The House war Great very Roomy any had everything you need

Enjoyed our stay here with our group of 13. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after busy days visiting the parks. House was well equipped with everything we needed.

Our stay was very nice. Plenty of room and very spacious for our group of 11. The pool was wonderful and was nice to have the privacy with the high fence. The location was nice - not too far away from the attractions but far enough to get out of the traffic.
