Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

The luxuriously furnished villa has total 3400 sq-ft, 3 master suites, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an over-sized private screened pool with fence for more privacy. One queen master suite and 2 sofa beds down stairs and 2 king masters, 1 queen, 6 twin beds upstairs. There is A 50' Plasma TV, a game room with full size billiard pool and Airhocky table. It will comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. It will be fully air conditioned throughout and will have everything you need to provide the freedom and versatility you want on your holiday. High-speed internet is available in the house. Fully-equipped kitchen, Washer and dryer in the house. All linens and towels are provided.

30’x 15’ private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. The stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. The back yard is fully fenced. It gives a feeling of tranquility and peace.

Area Information

The villa is ideally located within the private Hampton Lakes Estate, which is just off Highway 27. About a 15 minute drive from the villa brings you to Walt Disney World and the fun can begin! It is a 40 minute drive from Orlando International Airport or a 70 minute drive from Sanford. Just 5 minutes drive from the villa leads onto the 192 which has more golf courses than you can swing a club at, with an abundance of shops, entertainment and restaurants.

We recently rented this villa with another family. We took full advantage of all the amenities offered and kept 13 people from 5-50 happy and busy. The constant smell of orange blossoms reminded us constantly that we were far from the great white north. We found that Ann and Gary were great to deal with. The management service was attentive and responsive to any concerns. We would recommend this to anyone who wants a change from the chaos of hotel living.
