Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

We are please to offer this Executive 5 bed villa located on the new Windwood Bay development. Windwood Bay boasts a great location by being 10mins from Disney , 10mins from great shopping and 2mins from Champions Gate Golf course designed by Greg Norman and home of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Pool area has a extended deck that's un-over looked. The rear view has a conservation area.

Our Florida home features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a games room, heated pool and is located in a position that is un-overlooked with views of the conservation area. The villa has been furnished by a Professional Interior Designer and provides you with the perfect family vacation. Each Bedroom has a walk-in closet that provides ample room for your clothes and luggage.

The Swimming Pool location is un-overlooked and has views out onto the conservation area. Seating area's are provided and produces the perfect setting for a barbeque.

The Nook provides further seating off the kitchen for upto six people. The view from the window looks out onto the conservation area and access to the pool area via the patio doors.

The Master Bedroom has been decorated and furnished to a high standard providing a king size bed, cable tv, radio alarm clock, two night stand lamps, and a large dresser with a mirror. There is a door leading into the Matser Bathroom fitted with double basin vanity, bath, WC and seperate shower. Thro' the Master Bathroom leads into the walk-in closet that provides ample room for storage of your clothes and luggage.

The Games Room boasts a full size quality slate bed pool table, tv and a games console.

Excellent Home and Savings

My FIL and his golf buddies stayed in Providence for a week. Their expectations were surpassed by the quality of the home an furnishings. This is their 10th year renting a vacation home in Central Florida and this home put all the others to shame! I booked directly with the owner and was given a great price and subsidized for golfing.
