Perez Family Vacation 2013

We traveled to Florida by car and after a seven hour roadtrip we arrived at our destination. A Vacation Villa at The Solana Resort. The 5 bedroom home and heated pool was immediately taken over by my family. The house was clean, bright, spacious and welcoming. The children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the barbecue. There were fresh towels for our stay along with extra linens for all of the beds. The house was also equiped with a kitchen complete with dishes and silverwear for our group. Pots, pans, glasses, toaster, blender and so much more. The children enjoyed the Nintendo Wii and we all enjoyed the rather large plasma television in the living room. We are looking forward to vacationing at Solana Resort again next year and hope to do so at of Jinchen Yangs' vacation homes. It was a pleasure doing business with Jinchen. It was a vavation that will not be soon forgotten. Thanks again!

This was a beautiful home. We had a great time. The only issue was that the wifi was down, but the owner did make an effort to get the issue resolved. The house was clean and well maintained.

Didn't want to leave

House was exactly as shown in pictures and actually much much more......Solana Community is one of the best in Davenport/Disney.....the clubhouse even sells Hamburgers and fries at the pool.....has GYM , Park and Volleyball......but everything is new and clean......House was gigantic and had all the appliances that were needed....I stayed for a MONTH....Beds were all beautiful and they didn't cheap out on the mattresses.....they were super comfy.....pool was at 85 degrees the whole trip and I even learned how to GRILL BURGERS.....I give this house a 9+......the only missing to make it a 10 would have been a Jacuzzi .....would rent again without hesistation........5 miles from Super wal-Mart on Rt 27 and only 27 miles from Lego Land.....Disney was a 20 minute drive from I-4 and to save a little money we did FUN ZONE (12 miles off I-92).....$16 for all day rides for children 2-9 and for the adults $36 all day Go Karts with 4 different tracks.....and 6 miles away we did Houllihans Restaurant on I-92......Breakfast buffet with omlette bar for $7 and it runs from 8am till 1 pm.........This whole experience ROCKED

Great Location & Nice Home in SOLANA

Nice & Spacious 2nd Bedroom downstairs needed a Night Stand & a Dresser for your clothes It only had a closet & we had to live out of a suitcase. PoolTable couldn't be used It slanted & had 1 stick & no chalk. Overall it was clean & No Florida Critters

The house was nice and the management company was nice also. The complaints I have are: the pool and spa were cool and we paid $30.00 a day for pool and spa heat. The pool would have been much better if it had a solar cover. The pool lights were very weak and as I said the pool was cold in the daytime so we sure didn't use it at night so the lights were of little importance. The house does not have WIFI so I had to pay for a dial up line. The kitchen needs more pots and pans, dish towels, etc. The mattresses made us long for ours at home.

Great place to Relax

This is a very nice house in a nice and secure neighborhood. It's a great place to stay with friends and family. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the peace and quiet. The only thing negative is that it's not as close to the parks and as we expected. It's about 20 minutes from disney parks area and 30+ minutes from Universal Studios. All and all a good deal.
