The en suite full bath has dual sinks, separate vanity, separate shower, extra large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, phone and large dresser with lots of drawer space and two night stands. A cozy chaise lounge invites to read a book, or watch TV on the large wall mounted Flat screen, or just enjoy this spacious and luxurious suite.
The second bedroom suite features also a King size pillow-top mattress, 32 inch flat screen TV, closet , ceiling fan, ample drawer space and night stand.
Third bedroom suite- features a Queen Size pillow top mattress, closet, TV, ceiling fan, ample drawer space and night stand as well as 26 inch flat screen TV

Family room: The elegant family decorated in the contemporary style is a comfortable place to sit back and enjoy the space this villa has to offer. Furnished with two real leather sofas you can watch TV on the 47 inch flat screen TV, or a DVD, or just relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator ice maker, cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, glassware and cookware are provided for your convenience; plastic glasses are provided for use around the pool; a formal dining table seats six comfortably with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar;
A full-size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board are located just off the kitchen in the large closet.
The Pool and spa area is oversized and west facing and hedges on either side of the oversized pool area offer extra privacy. The west facing exposure offers breathtaking views of the Florida Sunsets. Enjoy a drink on the covered lanai with patio table/umbrella or soak up some sun on one off the chaise lounges; pool toys and noodles are provided for your use;
The Game room is equipped with a luxurious spread of games, such as a pool table, and air hockey game. There is also a darts game mounted on the wall.
