GREAT VACATION SPOT

Recently just came home from a fabulous week long trip to Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. We stayed at this beautiful house as our accomodations. My family of four and our friends family of four had more than enough room in this house. It was super clean, and the kids loved the rooms and the games room. The pictures truely do not show how beautiful the house is. Every morning our kids would run across the street to the giant pond in the centre of the houses and look at the huge fish and turtles that live in there. They also checked out all the lime and orange trees growing around. There was a park and a tennis court and another pool there as well the kids could use. We had a great time at the parks and it was nice to know we only had a 20 minute drive from Universal back to the house where we could relax, eat and swim. I am pretty excited to be able to rent this house again and take my family on another great Holiday. If your looking for a house to rent that is clean, close and in a secure neighbourhood, I reccommend you try this place, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of 10, including 5 adults and 5 kids, spent 9 days in this house on our vacation to Disney World, and we loved it! The home was impeccably clean and spacious and had every amenity we could have asked for. The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing in the game room while the adults got ready each day. The house easily accommodated all 10 of us, with comfortable beds and enough bathrooms to go around! We loved the master suite with its huge bathroom and closet. It took about 20 minutes to get to and from the various Disney World parks each day. There was a grocery store and other stores within a few minutes' drive. The owner was pleasant and helpful throughout the booking process. We had a problem with the toilet during our visit, and the management company had it fixed within a few hours. In past trips to Orlando we have stayed at Disney resorts, motels, and another private house, and this was by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have stayed. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fun Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful time! After two days of sightseeing and a Disney park, we used our remaining vacation days to relax in Fay's well-appointed home. The floor plan was perfect, as we were able to congregate in the living/kitchen area when we desired, but also have privacy in our bedrooms when needed. The master bedroom was a pleasant surprise, especially the large bathroom and closet. The heated pool was one of the best features of the property, and we spent many hours either swimming or relaxing by the poolside. We even had some surprise guests one morning, a family of Ibises, which we took some great photos of as they gawked at us from outside of the covered lanai. The neighborhood tennis/basketball court was directly across the street, and although it was quite popular among the residents, the noise levels never got loud enough to bother us one bit. The Publix supermarket was right down the street, and several shopping outlets were within a 10-minute drive from Hampton Estates. Overall, we had a great time in this villa, and we look forward to another stay next time we visit the Orlando area.

We were very happy with the house. Its spacious, clean, lots of room for 2 families. Fairly close to Disney, it didn't take long to get to all of the parks we wanted. Helpful directions in the booklet that is at the house. I have recommended this villa to friends and would rent again.

I cannot say enough about this house. It was wonderful and had plenty of room for all of us. Bedrooms were spread out around the house so it was very quiet. Having 3 bathrooms certainly was helpful in decreasing the nightly shower routine time. Despite the pouring rain every day, we knew we were coming home from the parks each day to very comfortable beds. We had a brief time to enjoy the delightful in ground pool (on our "down day") before the heavens opened again, but no worries - the kids changed and headed to the game room. The kitchen is huge! With tons of cabinet space. We ate breakfast in each day and packed our lunches for the parks. Being able to do laundry was a plus, since we were soaked to the skin each day. Fay was incredible and responded to any questions we had, before the trip, very quickly. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would also rent this home again. You will not be disappointed. The home is lovely.

We arrived July 1st and have been soaking in the dream like feeling of being in a 5 star condom/resort. Missing nothing and so close to everything, it`s simply amazing. Thank you once again, you have been a delight to deal with and a source of endless info. The e-mail full of tips on Orlando and Disney as well as the binder (at the house) full of useful info. at our finger tips, is surely greatly appreciated. The free calls to Canada is another great bonus that we have utilized! However the midnight swims are the ultimate. It was great. We loved the house, great location as well. I think the only suggestion would be more channels or dvd players in the master bedroom and the queen size rooms. The kids absolutely loved it. When we start to make plans for vacation next year, if we are going to Orlando again, you will be the first to know. We would definitely stay there again. We just got back today and I wanted to email you right away to thank you for the villa rental and to tell you that we were extremely pleased with the whole package.
The villa was awesome....a beautiful home (4 spacious bedrooms & 3 bathrooms) was equipped with everything one would need for wonderful holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes, cookware and appliances. The master bedroom was so comfortable. The heated pool was used many days as our weather was truly amazing. The Wi-Fi and being able to call Canada made keeping in touch with our family, very easy. We would recommend this villa to everyone and want to enquire about renting again next year! Please do not hesitate to forward our email to anyone that would like to talk to us about our fabulous villa experience.
P.S. We only used the master bedroom and made sure that the towels were all washed before we left. I trust that everything else was satisfactory as we had no breakage of any sort.
The only small suggestion that I would have would be a couple of portable phones or a longer cord on the kitchen phone. We had a hard time hearing the phone (even though we tried to adjust the volume). Although people told us they left voice mail for us, we were unable to access this.

Just wanted to let you know we arrived at the house last night and we LOVE your house! Best one we have rented yet and this is number 6 for us!! We have never gone to the same one twice, but we could easily see us coming back - this is a very nice and tasteful home.
