Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our well maintained 4 bedroom house is conveniently located in Sandy Ridge subdivision, Davenport area. The house is at the outskirt of a quite, middle class neighborhood. It is 12 minutes from Disney’s main entrance, less than 20 minutes from Universal Studios and half an hour from the airport. One mile from I-4, it is easy to access to many attractions that Orlando has to offer. There’s a supermarket, a pharmacy and several restaurants within two miles radius. For golf players, Champion Gate is less than two minutes away!

Our Air conditioning and it is completely furnished which has 2 Master Suites with its own large private bathroom, with queen bed in each. We got 2 Twin bed-rooms that share a 3rd full bathroom. In living area we got a big Sofa cum bed. And our home comfortably sleeps 8 to 11 people.

The villa has new floor and new painting.

We got a great open living area and beautiful dining area which offers you enough space for our friends and family.

The Kitchen is fully equipped which has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and all kitchen amenities is to fulfill all your cooking needs.

The swimming pool and spa is backed on wood/conservation which brings in beautiful Florida sun is shinning complete day. It is fully screened to keep the insects out while allowing the sunshine to come in.The covered lanai provides pleasant shade from the sun so you can stay cool.There is jacuzzi and spa to spend all day.

The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

Disney World Theme Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Championship Golf Courses, Biking, Tennis, Miniature Golf, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, Island of Adventure, Air-Boat Rides, Helicopter Rides. Kennedy Space Center is about 45 minutes away, Gulf Coast is approximately 90 minutes away.

Area Information

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood.
Secluded woods offers a beautiful view from the back of the villa where the screened pool and spa are situated.

It is very close from the newly constructed Ronald Reagan Parkway, the villa is in close proximity to renowned Championship Golf Courses and Disney Parks.

Wonderful location to all parks and a beautiful home. Well kept and most important very clean. Less than three minutes to Publix, CVS and more; CVS has a emergency medical clinic that came in handy when the kids became ill. In all we had a wonderful stay. Christmas Vacation!!

This home was just brought on the market after an extended tenant had been staying there. The place had all brand new furniture, paint and decor. Beautiful. Neighborhood very convenient to great golf and Orlando attractions. Also, very secure development and only a mile or so off I-4. Convenient shopping too! Initially had a couple issues with heating system, however the owner was fantastic how they responded, especially considering it was Christmas day when we realized the problem and they worked toward our satisfaction to correct the situation. I would highly recommend renting any property from Michael and his agent Eileen. Thanks again!
