Settled in shaded spacious lanai along with good book else just enjoy watching birds and small animal in natural habitat. Wonderful surroundings makes difficult to imagine Disney World is so close that our guests can even hear fire work during night. Un-spoilt beautiful Florida plus Walt Disney World is just 15minutes away. Truly a paradise for all members.
Ensure that children do not get bore, when they eventually leave swimming pool, fully stocked games area which features air hockey , pool , darts or foosball else race virtual buggies , fight demons along with PlayStation 2 . Also this property has been proved to be popular with more mature guests, during evenings after lazing around pool.
Floridian Vacation Villa is currently available for rentals on weekly basis, else enjoy the entire month in sunshine with special long tern discount at weekly rates.

For all round family fun, besides Disney (15 minute drive),do visit Universal Studios and Sea World and for thrill rides don't miss Islands of Adventure all are 20 to 25 minutes drive away. Busch Gardens is also excellent but takes approximately an hour to get to - just head for Tampa on the I4 and follow the signs. For space fans you must visit Kennedy Space Centre which is also about an hours drive but well worth the trip.
If your ideal holiday includes a round of golf you will be perfectly situated. There are reputed to be between 100 and 150 golf courses in the greater Orlando area. Within one year of its opening in Orlando in 2000, Champions Gate golf course (only a 5 minute drive away) was regarded as one of the top courses, not only in Florida, but in the United States. The Highland Reserves is located next to Polo Park East, Ridgewoods Lakes , Polo Park and Deer Creek all are near by . Add 12courses in Kissimmee area and 8courses in lake Buena Vista and guests can tee off on different courses each day they want .

Lots of restaurants within a short easy drive (3 to 10 mins)north up the 27 to Berry Town, Polo Park and Cagans Crossing or south to Posner Park and Haines City.
Head south on the 27 to Posner Park and call in at the tourist infomration centre (on your right just opposite the mall which is on the left). Here you can learn a lot about the area and pick up all the current leaflets to find out what's going on in the area.

Good 4th visit. Enjoyed sitting out late at night listening to the alligators and other creatures. Warm weather all 10 days some rain but not too much.
Visited Sanibel Island, Universal Studios (both parks). The rest of the time we just lazed around the pool..

Wonderful holiday, the villa was perfect. We saw alligator, squirrel and lizards. Theme parks were fantastic, good shopping, good food. Mrs R.
I saw many things and lots of lizards so I named them. The brown one is spotty, the green one greeny and the light brown one is rocky. They don't hurt anyone. I was the one who found the very first alligator at about six feet on the second pond away to the left and we saw an 8 footer with 3 babies in the first pond. We saw a lot of squirrels and birds. Great Villa, home from home! Comfortable, quiet and great location. Love the views from the pool and not overlooked at all.
Saw alligator once but nothing else. Weather really cold with frost most mornings, the plants and trees suffered quite badly. Lots of rain but a few days sun at 70f+ so not too bad. Really have had a good rest and a good time. Ate too much!! Planning to return again soon.

Fab villa, fab location! Had coldest temps on record second week, stayed for a third week and really enjoyed ourselves. Kids loved the pool and can't wait to come back next year.
