More than we expected.

This home was fabulous. The pictures on the website did not do justice to the house. our flights due to a snowstorm got delayed by 2 days and Mike extended our stay 2 days free!! Many THANKS. The home was quite safe and had everything our family needed for our vacation. Each morning we would do a scenic walk around the little community and enjoy the natural beauty of the reserve. The pool deck area was large with enough lounging chairs to accommodate everyone. If available I will return again this fall.

House was absolutely beautiful, very clean and everything we needed was there, bedrooms lovely and beds very comfortable. Felt very safe in the area. Staff were on hand when we needed them. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this beautiful vacation home. The community was close to Disney as well as many other amenities (grocery store, phaacy, restaurants). Very clean and included a high chair, crib and stroller. Perfect for our young family! Our daughter loved hanging out in the jacuzzi!

Excellent villa, superbly centrally sited in for ease of access to Disney Parks and coastal beaches. This villa did not disappoint on any level with well appointed rooms catering for all of our party. With 2 living rooms a games room and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi it was easy to relax and wind down after a busy full day out exploring all there is to see and do. The well equipped kitchen facilites made it pleasant to prepare a home cooked meal with options to eat in the kitchen or dining area of the home. Safety fencing option to surround the pool is a great bonus for those with young families although we did not use it due to ours being all adult. Perfect for families the villa owner had catered for all ages providing TV game consoles and games, games room, books, Ipod docking station, excellent CD sound system and TV's in each room. Having stayed in many holiday villa's over the years we can truly say this villa met all our needs and exceeded our already high expectations after reading the comprehensive information listed on the website. Even with so much on offer to do away from the villa we felt torn whether to go out or stay in as it was so very relaxing and felt like a home away from home, only with sunshine! We would have no hesitation in returning and using it again on any return to Floriday and actively encourage friends and family to do the same. Wonderful happy experience. Thank you!

We found the house we rented on-line to be exactly as advertised. Nine of us stayed there and we were all very comfortable. The location was perfect and within 20 minutes of all the theme parks we visited. The management company was very accomodating and responsive. Although the weather was unusually cool that week, the pool was a great joy, especially for the kids. The only problem we had was with the garbage disposal in the kitchen which did not work. The management company came out and "fixed' the disposal, but it was not working again when we left. The kitchen was very well equiped and we had no problem fixing several meals there. We happily found coffee filters in the kitchen when we arrived and plenty of clean linens and towels. There were more than enough TV's to accomodate everyone and the cable service was more that acceptable. We had no problem getting on-line with the wireless service. The Publix grocery store was quite close as were numerous restaurants. Most of the interior doors could use a bit of WD-40 as they all were very squeaky. The washer/dryer was a nice convenience. Getting in and out of the community was easy and the key box at the front door was convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend this house and this management company to anyone who was visiting Florida and wanted to rent a house.
