Description is accurate and accommodated our family of 7 comfortably. Linens and kitchen equipment are provided, however, essentials (d/w soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) are sparse. Easy to travel back and forth to Disney and felt safe in neighborhood. Was a pleasure to work with owner. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area.

We spent a week at the villa. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The home's decor is outdated, but didn't impede on the stay. It does back up to a secondary road, but the traffic and noise was not noticed at all. The pool was nicely heated, and was a perfect size for our family. The home did have a yard, but we did not use it. It is a split bedroom plan with the master being on the other side of the home, and the secondary beds on the other. The home had most of what you would need, but lacked a few essentials..ie.. no paper towels, no dish soap, dead tv remote (needed batteries), 1 tablet for the dishwasher, 1 garbage bag for the week (even though you have to take the trash out mid week or face a 70.00 fee)- this (as well as a few other issues I am not writing about) would come down to the management company, not the owners. There were a few things that need to be taken care of. Broken back door (from bathroom for easy pool access/changes), stained carpet, broken and missing blinds in most rooms, and the tv situation was a bit of a challenge ..ie..having to unplug one component to use the other. Owner was quick to respond during booking. I did email owner after stay with the good/bad and never heard back. I am not providing these details to turn anyone off, however, you should be aware if you plan to stay here so you can bring the extra's you will need. Even with some of the issues, I would stay here again. It was comfortable and quiet and was a good location with easy access to other major hwy's.o other major hwy's.

The house was very pretty loved the pool very relaxing. Had a very good time.
