Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Luxurious home located on Lake Wilson, small development, the Mediterranean luxurious and stylish vacation home with expansive tiles roof. There are four newly furnished bedrooms with high end luxury, style and comfort. Master size and queen size bedroom features en-suite and easy access to well maintained pool. Two queen sized bedrooms are situates at other ends of house to offer great privacy and comforts. Fourth furnished bedroom is ideal for kids as it has twin beddings, sofa-bed for lounging, it can comfortably sleep 2 guests. Well stocked kitchen comes with all modern appliances and amenities such as dish washer, microwave, good quality crockery and oven. The utility room in garage features washer/dryer. First class mattress, linens and towels are provided in each room. Furnished house along with all amenities, internet access, free calls service for North America. Our house is sully secured and safe enough for our guests’ safety.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

This place was great, far exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful vacation! The price was incredible, great value for a large, spotless home! Lots of room for the whole family in this very well equipped home, I'm not sure I'll ever stay in a hotel again after this vacay. Having a private pool made our trip top notch, I didn't realize how nice it would be to step outside your room for a quick dip any time of the day. The neighbourhood is fabulous, friendly people all around, if you see them at all, and the house feels very safe. Shopping is a 2 minute drive away, and all the attractions are less than a 20 minute drive. We appreciated the unlimited phone and wi-fi usage, the TV services, the 2 washrooms and the spacious kitchen. 3 of the bedrooms don't have mirrors in them, this was our one tiny annoyance, maybe an idea for the future ;) Otherwise, the bedrooms were just like at home, closets, drawers, fans, lamps, 2 with TVs etc. Serge, the owner is great to deal with, very easy-going and accommodating. The property managers Kay & Nick were the shining stars though. My brother in-law forgot one of his bags (sheesh!) and they had it shipped to us shortly after - they went above and beyond the call of duty and we'll always be grateful! We left a few games behind as a gift, hope you enjoy them on your upcoming vacation!

A GREAT place!

Our family stayed here last week for a trip and had a wonderful time! The owner was very nice to work with on the payments and was quick to return emails. The managers, who live close to the rental, were super nice and very helpful. The location is very convenient, close to Disneyworld and just a few minutes from a grocery store and other shopping. The pool was used several times a day by our kids, even after long days at the park. Extra blankets, pillows, towels, lots of other useful things like pool toys and a cooler...What a greatl time we had! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Florida!

Absolutely Wonderful

This is Daniella, my children and I stayed at Serge's house this past month, with the property haing no reiews I was a bit worried but my stay ended up being wonderful. The home itself was beautiful, much more than I expected since you can't see all of it from the photo's. I had a ery early flight and was suposed to leae late on my departure date, Serge was ery accomodating and allowed for a small fee to stay and arrive when we needed. When we got there we were greated shorty after by his manager who was very kind. The home was equiped with everything we could need, toilet paper, dish detergent, towels, pool towels, toiletries ect... they had a nice flat screen TV in the livingroom, cable, dvd player ect. The pool was great, warm and was so great that we could come home after spending ALL day at the parks and go swimming at night. The kids had a blast. I would recommend staying here to anyone! And can't wait to be able to come back and stay here again. THANKS SERGE!!!!
