Two master bedrooms both have their own en-suite facilities with a further two bedrooms (3 & 4) have twin beds sharing the third bathroom making the villa ideal for 2 families to share. The living room and formal dining area also has a sofa bed, a cot is also available at no extra charge.(5th Bedroom/Den has a TV, bean bags and a sofa). All towels, sheets and extra bedding are included.

Outside there is an extended fully screened/covered lanai, which houses the private pool deck, pool and spa which can be heated at an extra charge if required (only required during the winter months). Outside Table, chairs and loungers are also provided for your comfort and relaxation.

Just minutes distance to Walt Disney World (WDW), Universal studio's complex, Sea World, Aquatica and International drive, Amazing Golf Courses of Champions Gate and Highway I-4, all these fantastic places are just minutes driving distance from Scrub Jay Way and our Villa, situated on the quiet development area of Sandy Ridge.
Located in a quiet cul de sec, a fully a/c villa which backs onto a conservation woodland. Around 15 mins to Walt Disney World and other major attractions. Banks, Publix super markets and shopping complexes, hair salon's, gas station, gourmet dinning and restaurants with a variety of food, bars and a good area for shopping along with other attractions on the 192 are very close by.
After a busy day, why not relax around the pool or spa.

Scrub Jay Way is located on the new development of Sandy Ridge just south of Kissimmee. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the fully air conditioned villa backs onto conservation woodland.
Only 15 minutes from Disney World and most attractions.
Bank, Publix supermarket, gas station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants and diners and a whole host of shops and attractions are close by to Sandy Ridge as well as the very impressive Reunion Golf course and even in Champions gate they have courses designed by Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus. Located at the golf course there is a golf academy run by David Ledbetter school.

With so much choice within such a short distance Sandy Ridge really does offer families an ideal place
for a vacation. You are ideally positioned for all the parks and attractions, yet are set back from the hustle and bustle of the large roads to be able to enjoy a quiet day or night by the pool and spa.

Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away.
Only 15 minutes from Disney World. Universal Florida complex, Seaworld and International Drive are a further 10 minutes and you are minutes away from superb golf courses at Champions Gate and 4 minutes drive from the highway I-4.

Beaches both East (Space) Coast and West (Gulf) coast are about 1 hours drive away.
