This prestigious, fully air-conditioned, luxury 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms villa offers all the amenities necessary for the perfect vacation. When we arrived we were so excited; the home was breath taking! I am telling every one of my friends about our vacation! We were so happy and comfortable in your home, I am hoping to do this again next year. I will always remember this vacation knowing i was able to come home and relax "literally" from a long day of excursions. This home was so awesome, beautiful and comfortable to and for us, and I know you will find the same and accept the same from it. Thank you so much for a most memorable vacation. We rented this house from 5/3 - 5/13, we had a great stay, we would definitely rent this house again, a few minor problems that we addressed when we returned, ie light bulbs for downstairs, no broom, but they were all fixed with a quick trip to walmart, which is right up the street, the kids in our group wanted to leave the parks and go back to the house to swim.

We had a wonderful stay. There was 15 of us and the house was plenty spacious. There were a couple of bedrooms that needed light bulbs replaced in lamps and fan lights, but other than that, everything worked well. The driveway is very small...we had 3 vehicles and one of them had to park on the street. The pool was nice. The owners are easy to work with...respond to questions very quickly. It is in a great location! We would definitely stay there again, as well as recommend it to anyone.

We had twelve people in our party - five families. There was plenty of room for everyone without getting in each others way. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens for everyone. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The Wi-Fi worked great, as did the TV's, video games and movies. The game room was fun. It was easy to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house. There was plenty of close shopping. The pool was great when we could use it. There was an issue with the heater so we had to call the management company. They responded right away, but it was a major issue that took two days to resolve. I actually called the management company two other times with questions that they were able to resolve immediately. The only issues I had were that the washer & dryer didn't perform well, and the overall cleanliness and minor maintenance could have been stepped up a notch. (I'm giving them credit for the fact that they were booked solid for five or six weeks before we arrived, so they may not have had time to be as thorough as they normally would be.) Also, the driveway is VERY small. We had three vehicles and had to park the third on the street. Finally though, the location was PERFECT. Easy to get to and easy access to attractions. We did Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, Sea World and the Pirates Dinner theater. We were there the busiest week of the year yet we never spent time in bad traffic. Sam and Robin are easy to do business with. I would give them a 4.8 if I could. I would recommend the property to any friend.

We loved this spacious home. We were two families coming together we were 13 in total and still had plenty of room. The house contains a very spacious family/dining area, great play room with pool table,tv the kids had a blast. The owner was great to deal with--he answered all my questions and concerns promptly. We were very satisfied that any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. We would stay here again.

This house was just like the photos on the web. Very easy to find and the owner was honest. However the reason for the 4 out of 5 was not 5 out of 5 is that the management group is not looking after this unit very well. I notified the owner and all the corrections were made fairly fast. Nice pool, nice rooms, beds are in good shape.

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 children and there was a ton a room to spare. Spent our days at Disney World, a mear 15 - 25 minutes away depending on which park. Loved the heated pool especially with the unusally cool nights we were having. Was nice that they had DVD's available for the kids to watch in their down time. House was well equiped with all the appliances and utensilles you will need and then some. Loved the nature view behind the house. Will be back.

I spent months searching for a great home to rent for my family and my friends family. I have done all the work for you!!!! Don't look any further. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly need, including great owners. They were so easy to work with. The home is very spacious with an open concept main level. The living room, family room, kitchen, pool and bedrooms are all as good or better than the pictures shown. The air conditioning worked fantastically and thank God it did as it reached 110 with the humidity on a couple of our days. There is absolutely nothing that disappointed us. Everything was terrific!! So I'm telling you truthfully, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
