Ready to spend an unforgettable vacation with your family and/or friends in the Orlando area? Our custom furnished, newly painted, 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home (1 w/ king bed, 2 w/ queen beds and with two twin beds each) will comfortably accommodate 12 people. Located in a very safe area with beautiful surroundings, this one-story house is your perfect vacation spot. Neither adults nor children will ever get bored as you will be only minutes away from all attractions. You are guaranteed to have a great time! Too hot? Not a problem! The house has a screened, heated (optional) pool with a gorgeous pond view! Adjacent to the pool is a covered lanai with a glass
table set for that quiet evening. (Baby guard screen surrounds the pool). The house has 4 high-tech flat screen TV's, a DVD player and WiFi. Leather sofa in your comfortable and welcoming living room, lovely breakfast
nook in the kitchen, beautiful dining room -- all make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Deposits: The booking deposit is 30% of the total rental price plus $250 (security deposit) will secure your reservation. The balance of your payment must be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately, if your arrival is within 6 weeks. Cancellations till 6 weeks prior to arrival will have a penalty of 30% of the booking + security deposit. Cancellations within 6 weeks prior to arrival or no shows will have a full penalty of the booking. There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy.

Other Fees: •Rentals of one week or longer include cleaning fees. Stays of 6 days or less will incur a cleaning fee of $95. • Pool heating is $20 per night. Pool heating is recommended October - April. Rates subject to change without notice unless confirmation is received

Absolutely Amazing

This home was perfect. It was so close to Disney's parks with a very easy commute. Close proximity to grocery store etc. Home was clean and well cared for. Property managers were more than helpful and quick to resolve any issues we had. Very nice, friendly, community, my husband I ran before heading out to the parks daily. The home was well stocked with everything our extended family of 9 needed. I will definitely revisit this home.

Wonderful Vacation

We are a family of 6 that was looking for a great vacation and we found it here at this home. It was large enough to accomodate us all very well but still felt very much like home. The swimming pool was incredible. The house was stocked with everything we could have wanted. I told my husband that I wanted to build one just like it when we got home...lol. The communication was excellent. My husband was a little nervous at first but Alex put those fears to rest quickly. We couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great vacation. We will be using it again for sure. Thanks so much guys!!

Great Vacation Rental!

We rented this house for our R&R trip before my husband went back to Afghanistan to finish his tour. We couldn't of asked for more! It was beautifully furnished, close to shopping and restaurants, and a short distance to Disney. If you are looking for a ideal vacation rental, this is the place!

Great Home

We enjoyed the house very much. We had to contact the owner once due to a user error and she was extremely nice and helpful. It is close to all the main parks and far away enough from all the crowds. There is a Wal-Mart, Target and other shopping places close by. There is also several restaurants too. This home is in a great location and large enough to fit a few families in. There was nine of us and we all had plenty of space! The master suite is wonderful!

Comfortable and Quiet

We spent two weeks at this vacation home. It was a good experience. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and has a nice view of the pond. The location is great as easy access to the theme parks. There is a great market and drug store a couple of miles up the road. The home has comfortable furniture and beds, a well stocked linen closet and the kitchen has basic equipment for cooking. The pool was a welcomed sight at the end of some long days at the theme parks. The owners were really good to deal with.

Great Experience!!

We booked our trip to Orlando last minute so it was important to have good and quick communication with the owner - we were not disappointed. Alex replied to all of our emails quickly. The house was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. We were with our three and four year olds and the house was ideal for us in a few ways. The layout was great, the pool size was great and the baby safety gate was extremely important. Another feature which we appreciated with this house, having two small kids, was an alarm on the doors to the pool area. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.

This was not the first time our family went to Orlando, but it is the first time we were not exhausted coming back. What's the secret? This time we did not stay at a hotel or a resort but rather at a private home. This home is spacious and comfortably accommodated large family such as ours (6); everyone had privacy and space for quality rest. We barbecued and relaxed in a private pool (which is open 24 hours!). I do not need to advertise what Orlando has to offer. Parks, entertainment, restaurants are all within easy reach. Everything is in fact brand new -- appliances, furniture, furnishings -- and we did not have any issues (i.e. cannot comment on responsiveness of the management company and/or owners). Hope this review will be useful to you in planning your next vacation in Orlando!

We rented this home from Feb 9-12, 2011 for 5 business people attending a conference in Orlando. The home had new furniture, was immaculate and was convenient to the Orange County Convention Center.
