Ideally located for visiting the parks and attractions of Central Florida and within easy reach of the Gulf and Atlantic beaches, this privately owned villa is ideal for familes. It has a west facing pool and deck overlooking a conservation area, perfect for al fresco dining or to relax and enjoy the sunshine and spectacular Florida sunsets. Additional pool furniture has been provided. It has king and queen master suites making it ideal for 2 families sharing or grandparents and children. There are 2 spacious lounges with flatscreen HD cable TV, PS2, DVD, video, ipod dock and CD player with a selections of DVD's, computer games, books and boardgames. The games room has a slate bed pool table and 'fooseball'. A charcoal barbecue is available for guests to use. All the living areas and bathrooms have tiled floors whilst the bedrooms are carpeted. The fully fitted kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker and plenty of flatware and silverware including non-breakable crockery & glasses for outside for your safety. There is a breakfast nook with table and chairs and bar stools to seat 8 people and a formal dining area with seating for 6. The parks and attractions of Orlando are a short drive away, Disney World can be resached in 15 minutes. There are shops, supermarkets, restauraunts and banks within a few minutes drive.

The villa is in a convenient location for all the attractions of the Orlando area and is a 15 minute drive from Disney World. There are many golf courses close by, including the David Leadbeater Academy at Championsgate which is a 10 minute drive. There are shops and supermarkets within a mile and many restaurants a short distance away on Hwy 192. The Atlantic coast is an hours drive whilst the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico can be reached in under 2 hours.

Berry Town Centre is just one mile away. Here you will find a Publix supermarket, gas station, Applebees family restaurant, a British pub, nail and beauty salon and more. 2 miles further brings you to the US 192 where there are numerous restaurants to suit every taste and Walmart at Cagans Crossing is just a 10 minute drive.
