Beautiful new villa with games room , internet access and free landline calls to UK, Canada, Italy, France and within USA

This beautiful villa is ideally located for your stay in the Disney area. Only 15 minutes from Disney and the attractions. Champions gate is a 3 minute drive away - here you will find restaurants and shopping. The villa overlooks a small lake and conservation area.

The home comprises of 2 living areas, one which steps out onto the large deck where you find a beautiful pool and spa. The pool overlooks a small, well stocked lake and conservation area. The family room has a 50" tv and dvd player.

There is a games room and internet access.

Fully equipped kitchenwith everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery. Double sink with waste disposal, and much more!! Automatic washer, dryer, iron and ironing board

The 2 Master Suites have King beds and there is also a Queen bedroom, all with own tvs. There are a further 2 twin rooms.

There are free calls to UK, Italy, France and within USA and Canada landlines(calls to mobiles or premium numbers are chargeable to the guest)

There is a safe located in the home for guest use

Great house. Wish we could of stayed longer. Didnt get to use the pool. But that was because the weather didnt warm up enough to keep the pool warm. Even with a heater it was too cold. Hot tub was amazing.
