Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Spacious vacation home which has been luxuriously decorated along with good quality furnishings and modern flair. Everything has been beautifully added to ensure comfortable and convenient stay to our guests.
There are 2 master sized bedrooms which make the home ideal for 2 families to share. First class furnished master size bedroom has flat screened TV and amazing in style and luxury – very impressive four poster King sized Bed, completed with the canopy! Highly appointed bathroom offers separate shower, tub and easy access to pool deck area. Second master sized bedroom offers Queen sized bed and its own bath. Other furnished bedrooms has 2 twin beddings. Each with stripy comforter and one of them has nautical theme. Both shares Jack n Jill bath.
Living area features large flat screened TV and sectional sofa where our guests can simply relax in arm chair type seating completed with cup holders. Dining table is placed in area. It features marble affects top and high –bar stools seating which keep the home looking bang (up to date) .
Kitchen offers quality modern appliances and stocked with almost everything which our guests require to prepare pool side snacks or family meals. Round glass tables give additional dining space in breakfast nook. Home’s sparkling pool backs at trees so that our guests aren’t over looked. Enjoy the deck area furnishings for every one to simply laze around at and enjoy great stay in Florida Sun.

Area Information
Quiet neighborhoods off the Highway 27 along with orange grove near by. Yet it’s close to the Posner Park Shopping Complex along with host of finest restaurants and shops to choose from. It has convenient access to I-4 which makes it perfect place to visit all major attractions and entertainment.
