Philip’s Hide–away : Brand new luxurious 4 bedrooms and 3 baths vacation rental –villa along with a private pool , games area, spa situated close to Walt Disney –World in the exclusively fully gated community of the Aviana Resort in Davenport , Fl. This villa offers 2 master size suites along with en-suite baths & the other two furnished bedrooms shares 1 bath , the villa accommodates up-to 10 guests comfortably . The Philip’s Hideaway is perfect for the nature lovers & those guests who wish to experience great peace & tranquility of luxurious surroundings . The Villa is conveniently located with-in easy reach for Disney Beautiful Theme Parks , Champions-Gate Golf Courses , I-4 Inter-states, WaterSong and Providence .Just a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet & Wild.

Our beautiful vacation home is highly furnished with all amenities and appliances which can make your stay more comfortable, reliable and enjoyable also it will give you thousands of sweet memories to take along !! Airy and bright kitchen features wood cabinetry & counter tops of granite . Amenities includes range, microwave, refrigerator, micro wave , blender, dishwasher , coffee maker, electric mix, electric can-opener , tea kettle, 10 cups-rice-cooker, colander , 4 slices toaster, ice cream- scoops , cookware & glasses , cookery etc. Highly furnished and appointed with almost all amenities so that you can enjoy preparing yummy feast for some family time entertainment . You can enjoy eating food in kitchen area that seats 8 guests or else enjoy at pub-table that seats 4 . Also eating outside will be real fun near the pool side that seats 6 guest at covered Lanai area .

You can also use the family area for relaxing during day or during evenings with comfy stunning furnishings , sofas & lamps , large 42 inches LCD along with FIOS -180 channels, access to free Wi-Fi INTERNET & long distance phone calls absolutely free to USA & CANADA .

Luxurious Master Size bedroom is Tropical themed & has an en-suite bath that opens on-to the pool area . Master size bedroom offers King size bed , large 32 inches Flat screened TV along with cable , lamp, dresser , ceiling fan , mirror & night stand. That also opens to the pool through sliding – glass doors . Each bedroom is carpeted .

Luxurious Master Size Bedroom No:2 – features rusty themed romantic sunsets & Vines –queen size bedroom along with the ceiling fans , night stand , lamp and large 32 inch TV along with attached cable .

The Bedroom No:3 offers Eva-Mendes Queen size bedrooms along with mirror, dresser , lamp, and 22 inch flat screen panel TV with a cable connection .

Luxurious bedroom No: 4 offers 2 double beds ( full size ) along with 22 inch flat screened TV with a cable .

Beautiful Aviana is a gated and private community located among the 46 acres of the Tropical Landscapes with plenty of amenities. It has a 6500 sqft Club house which has a fitness center, cyber cafe, zero entry pool, putting green, sand volleyball and a childrens playarea.

Philip's Hideaway was awesome. It is very close to all the theme parks because it is only a few minutes from Interstate 4 and of course that's the main highway where everything is off. The house was very comfortable for our 2- families having 6 teenagers and 4 adults. The pool is huge and the games room was very fun for the kids. Aviana also has a big club house and the kids often went there to play sand volleyball and workout. We really had a great time and are already setting up for next year. Your interior decorator did an awesome job and I absolutey love your elephants. Your house was very cozy and thank you for allowing us to rent.
