This lovely villa is situated on Highlands Reserve overlooking the 7hole green and fairway.
When you think location you can find no one better than this luxury, 5 bedroom, 3 bath villa with its 32ft Private pool and spa. The villa is a large single story 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa with a high vaulted ceilings in the main living area and has approx. 2.500 sq.ft. of air conditioned living space. Most rooms have ceilings fans, and the villa has a further 1.000 sq,ft of covered and screened recreation space for your enjoyment. The large family room consists of Lounge/TV viewing area, Dining nook and Breakfast Bar. Also included in the house is a large living room game room with flat screen TV and playstation 2. Our large slide patio doors open to our pool and our outdoor screened recreation space, in the garage you will find some fitness equipment.
