Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Our new spacious luxurious villa is situated at the prestigious Hampton lake resort located on Highway 27, just off the US 192. The estate offers easy access to Interstate 4 (less than 5 minutes), which will take you to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast or Westwards to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is 35 minutes away. The resort is close to all the major theme parks and attractions with less than 15 minute drive from Disney main gate, a couple of minutes drive from the Champions Gate golf courses, Highlands Reserve golf courses located approximately 1.2 miles NE. Within a 10 miles drive there are over 15 other golf courses and fantastic fishing is also available on Lake Jackson and Lake Blue Cypress.
We recently refurnished our 2772 square feet two story home equipped with all brand new furniture, large flat screen TVs, brand new tiles and carpets, all new kitchen utensils, all new bedding and towels.
Our 6 bed / 4.5 bath villa features 3 en-suites with two king suite on the first floor. The second floor has one queen suite, one queen bed room and 2 bed rooms with two twin beds in each room. All 6 bedrooms were upgraded with brand new quality bedding / linens and pillows, brand new towels in all bathrooms.
The family room connected to the pool area comprises a comfortable lounge with brand new leather sofa, new 52” large flat screen TV, DVD and WiFi. A separate formal dining room completes with a brand new set of table and chairs and high chair; a game room with new pool table and air hockey table. Also a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar.
Outside, the private feet heated pool and spa area is equipped with brand new patio furniture and a new gas grill.
The house also provides free wireless High Speed Internet access, free local and long distance call within US and Canada, fully air conditioned throughout.

Area Information
The community itself has excellent facilities including a large community pool which has plenty of chairs and rediners plus a cabana with restrooms and shower facilities, two full-size floodlit tennis courts with tennis racquets and balls provided, a beach volleyball and a basketball court, 3 kiddies play areas and all are located just a short distance away, all available for guests to use FREE of charge. Two large beautiful lakes are both just a short walk from the villa.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable

House was nicely decorated and well kept. A few minor signs of wear and tear. 12 of us stayed comfortably in the house with plenty of privacy. Would definitely stay again.
