Very Spacious luxury Disney 4 bed villa with Pool

Palm Trees is a luxurious 4 bedrooms villa with large pool & sunny garden with palms and shrubs.The villa is very comfortably furnished and fully equipped with everything you could need. There are many up-graded facilities such as walk-in-showers , slate floor in kitchen and breakfast area, breakfast nook, flat screen TVs in bedrooms and HD cabled TV with surround sound and large DVD library in the lounge. The Local Management authority keeps the villa well maintained and spotlessly cleaned . The villa is completely licensed with the Floridian safety requirements .It is very spacious ( larger then many 5 BR villas ) and a fantastic base for your Orlando holiday . Ideally situated within a quite community but only 10/15 minutes from Disney, and only a couple of minutes from Golf courses, restaurants, shops etc
The down stairs is open plan with two seating areas, a formal dinning table, a breakfast area and very well equipped kitchen with all you need for a quick snack or a family Christmas lunch. For our many UK guests we do have a tea pot ! One of the 5 sofas in the living area converts into beds 9 and 10 if needed. There is also a downstairs shower room, a laundry room and games room. Telephone calls to land lines in the UK and US, and WiFi are included in the price as is full A/C in summer and heating in winter.
The four bedrooms are all upstairs. The master suit has a majestic american king four poster bed, full bathroom, dressing room, flat screen TV, DVD player etc. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. The second bedroom has a queen (5ft) bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 both have two twin beds. There is also a second, family bath room and a nook area with book library, local information and guide books. Palm Trees has a cot (crib), bed side safety bar, high-chair and stroller for our younger guests. All the bathrooms have a hair drier.
Out side you will find a gas BBQ, pool (with optional heating), table, umbrella, loungers and chairs. Palm Trees has a large garden giving the pool area a very spacious and sunny feel.
The villa is located in the Four Corner Community , about 10-15 minutes drive to Disney & about 5 minutes distance from Champions Gate ( the golf complex ) .

Palm Trees is in a mixed residential and holiday development - an ideal place to relax after a day at the Parks.
The villa is ideally situated just 10 to 15 min drive from Disney and only a few minutes drive from two junctions on the Interstate 4 giving access to both the west and east coast beaches of Florida.
There are many golf courses and restaurants within a couple of minutes drive.
